The food is luscious, atmosphere is great, portions are plentiful, but the employee who took our order was so mean. I think they should consider pursuing a career as an English teacher since they are really good at correcting pronunciation mistakes. I have never encountered such a rude employee in the two years I have lived in the US. I understand people often experience bad days; however, if you understand what I am trying to say, why feel the need to correct my pronunciation? Languages are just for communication; no need to spread negativity for not speaking perfect, in my opinion.

Portions Keep Shrinking I like Sweetgreen, but lately the protein portions and overall bowl sizes have gotten way smaller while prices stay the same. It feels intentional and not worth what they charge. I wouldn’t recommend this place for athletes trying to hit their protein goals, anyone looking for a filling meal, or anyone who doesn’t want to spend nearly $20 on a small salad.

Ordered online. The salad was not ready even though the app said it was ready. When I got the salad home, there was no dressing. I drove all the way back to get a new salad. I asked for a free entree due to the inconvenience. I was denied. That is poor customer service. I think Sweetgreen can afford to offer a free entree when they make a mistake, but they were not willing to.

My wife ordered online she got 2 chicken Ceasars Salads unfortunately they are Very cheap the Salad had Zero chicken and even less Dressing.. Never going there again!

Loyal sweet green fans. Really disappointed in the mini meze plate. $8 for chip crumbs. We eat here once a week and it’s usually really great. This is kinda sad though.
Salads weren’t ready even though we ordered 20 min ahead. Completely dry even though I asked for dressing mixed in and the hardened steak pebbles and stale bread in the pic must have been cooked at least a week ago. Never again!
