DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION-This place will steal your money! Ordered 2 items via their app for delivery (not DoorDash or GrubHub, I used the TMad app). Driver only delivered one of them. I told him before he left that he was missing one item but he could not speak English so I called the store but only a manager could help me, and of course there was no manager on duty. I had to call multiple times a few days in a row. Finally I got a manager on the phone and they offered to refund my credit card. Weeks later, still no refund. Continued calls, still getting the run around. Finally I went to complain in person and was informed that they have a new owner and they will not honor any issues or complaints from previous owner. It's too bad because I liked the food, but I won't continue to support a business that doesn't provide the food I paid for (or at least offered a credit for a future bowl).

Food tastes fresh, well seasoned and prepared! Staff is always friendly and they’ve not gotten my order wrong yet

I went during the soft opening and the food was hot and fresh. The wait was not long at all, the food was great, and the service was amazing. The manager came over and gave me some info on their deals and the woman who took my order was so friendly! Definitely going back!

The service is excellent. I bought the spicy chicken with fried rice which was fresh looking & tasting. This was my 1st time eating there and probably my last. I started eating the food which would not have had any flavor if it wasn't for the spicy on the chicken..but it wasn't a flavor type of spicy more like a pepper type of spicy. Also not sure why most of the rice looked white if it were fried. Even if you fried the chicken seperately it should have some color to it if you used any seasoning or atleast the color of the oil/fat you fried it in. So then I realized I didn't pour the teriyaki sauce on it as I had picked up my order to go...not sure if they add the teriyaki sauce to the food when they're cooking it if you're eating there but now the food has the teriyaki flavor and their sauce is sweet. So now it is spicy and sweet and the spicy is a good level not too hot but with out that and the teriyaki sauce it would be as bland as the cabbage or white rice that they had in it. Best part was it was fresh and friendly service but the food was far from Wow or memorable. I'll always remember how fresh it seemed. I was 1 of 3 customers inside there.

Ah, Teriyaki Madness! Since my departure from California, where the taste of perfect teriyaki chicken once graced my lips, I had wandered in despair, longing for a dish to match that glory. But at last, fate guided me here, where the teriyaki chicken—rich, tender, and bathed in a sweet, savory glaze—brought my soul back to life. Each bite was a revelation, as though I had found a lost love once more. Teriyaki Madness has filled the void, and I am whole again!

This place was clean and the food was excellent. I been to about 25 teriyaki madness across the county, and this one I rank as top 4 out of them all. Awesome manager and workers.
