I stopped in to pick up a gift card for my daughter, the girls behind the counter were very helpful. Lots of bagel flavors to choose from. I got a flavored coffee, roasted not syrup flavoring, really good (of course I can't remember which flavor 😆). Definitely worth a visit.

If you're looking for a place nearby, I recommend going to True North instead. I've had multiple frustrating experiences at Bagel Bar, including this being the third time they've "forgotten" my bagel order. They didn't apologize and served three walk-in customers ahead of me, despite my order being placed earlier. The only reason I occasionally visit is the convenient location, but the overpriced, mediocre bagels and poor service make it not worth it.

We started coming to Bagel Bar a year ago and loved it. The service and food were great. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's due to new management or staff, but every order has been wrong, and the bagels taste stale. It's understandable to mess up an order once or twice, but when it happens five times, it's clear something is wrong. I hope they improve their operation and tighten the ship soon so we can return!

Worst service ever. A bunch of young girls that have no idea what they’re doing. When asked what flavor pastries they are serving at the counter, they are always unsure. I have to repeat my order over and over because they never get it right when repeating it back. Yesterday, I waited a considerable amount of time for one latte. After watching the girl struggle for a very long time to get the lid to stay on my hot drink, she still handed it to me with the lid not fully on. Today, while waiting for my latte, I watched 3 different people complain about their orders being wrong. I took my latte to the car only to realize I was given a coffee, not what I ordered. It’s unfortunate because when made correctly, they have amazing drinks.

I waited 15 min for hot coffee with milk only to find out, they ran out of milk (except for skim and oat milk). I asked for my money back. The staff kept the tax and tip. Seems like the front staff are nice but new & no supervision.
