If you're looking for a place nearby, I recommend going to True North instead. I've had multiple frustrating experiences at Bagel Bar, including this being the third time they've "forgotten" my bagel order. They didn't apologize and served three walk-in customers ahead of me, despite my order being placed earlier. The only reason I occasionally visit is the convenient location, but the overpriced, mediocre bagels and poor service make it not worth it.

This place is great! One of the most recent times revisiting this place. The wonderful lady was about to close up for the day. But decided to let me in to order my delicious morning essentials. On the accounts of my friendly face :) love the staff. Bless everyone working here! 🙏🏽❤️

We started coming to Bagel Bar a year ago and loved it. The service and food were great. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's due to new management or staff, but every order has been wrong, and the bagels taste stale. It's understandable to mess up an order once or twice, but when it happens five times, it's clear something is wrong. I hope they improve their operation and tighten the ship soon so we can return!

Worst service ever. A bunch of young girls that have no idea what they’re doing. When asked what flavor pastries they are serving at the counter, they are always unsure. I have to repeat my order over and over because they never get it right when repeating it back. Yesterday, I waited a considerable amount of time for one latte. After watching the girl struggle for a very long time to get the lid to stay on my hot drink, she still handed it to me with the lid not fully on. Today, while waiting for my latte, I watched 3 different people complain about their orders being wrong. I took my latte to the car only to realize I was given a coffee, not what I ordered. It’s unfortunate because when made correctly, they have amazing drinks.

I waited 15 min for hot coffee with milk only to find out, they ran out of milk (except for skim and oat milk). I asked for my money back. The staff kept the tax and tip. Seems like the front staff are nice but new & no supervision.

The best shaken espresso I have ever had. It was incredible. They make this fancy foam to top it with that’s divine. Really nice people too. Thanks for a great treat this morning!

I ordered my food online at 918AM. We ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and 1 iced coffee. I didn't get my order until 1004AM. I went to counter as soon as I got there (around 930) and they said they were working on it and it would take 5-10 minutes. People that ordered in store got all their food before I did. I asked again if my order was ready around 950 and they said they were working on it, so clearly they never started my order in the first place and my coffee just sat on the online order shelf in the back the whole time. Overall very disorganized, food/drink was average at best, and will not be going back. There are much better options (Bagel World and Perfectos).

They have a wide selection of delicious breakfast bagels and coffee but a correspondingly narrow hours of operation. Usually playing country music in the morning. Great way to start the day. Joining rewards program is a good idea as supply chain realities have forced them (along with everyone else) to have higher prices.

I used to LOVE this place but now it’s a disaster. There was a line and all the girls working behind the counter were just in a circle talking not helping customers EATING (so unsanitary). Finally they start to help the line I get up to the front to order and the attitude on the girl when I asked if they had kombucha back was so rude she rolled her eyes god forbid she had to turn around and check! The staff is not friendly, unwelcoming, and unsanitary. I will not be returning!!
