I had a great experience at The Bagel Bar!!! The bagels are nice and fresh. I loved the maple bacon cream cheese and the Milky Way iced coffee drink!!!

It's bread shaped like a bagel. No crisp outer crust and doughy middle. Idk maybe I'm just a bagel snob. If you're a bagel world fan, this isn't that. Veggie cream cheese is basically just a multi-color pepper medley.

I stopped in to pick up a gift card for my daughter, the girls behind the counter were very helpful. Lots of bagel flavors to choose from. I got a flavored coffee, roasted not syrup flavoring, really good (of course I can't remember which flavor 😆). Definitely worth a visit.

If you're looking for a place nearby, I recommend going to True North instead. I've had multiple frustrating experiences at Bagel Bar, including this being the third time they've "forgotten" my bagel order. They didn't apologize and served three walk-in customers ahead of me, despite my order being placed earlier. The only reason I occasionally visit is the convenient location, but the overpriced, mediocre bagels and poor service make it not worth it.

We started coming to Bagel Bar a year ago and loved it. The service and food were great. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's due to new management or staff, but every order has been wrong, and the bagels taste stale. It's understandable to mess up an order once or twice, but when it happens five times, it's clear something is wrong. I hope they improve their operation and tighten the ship soon so we can return!
