I had to send my mashpotaes and gravy back 3 times to get them hot.
The lettuce in the salad was not fresh.
The manager was the biggest problem.
He was very insincere. He said he was so very sorry but never even offered us a cup of coffee on the house.
Our waitress was very attentive and trying to be helful, but it was the kitchen w the problems and MANAGEMENT.

Had a table of 5 last minute, we ended up with this amazing waitress named Marissa, she really made it so easy for us. Would 1000/10 come here again with her as my waitress, she was amazing 💗 also would recommend the Italian Sausage and Mushroom pasta 💗

It is the second time we went to this location and had to leave because they could not seat us. Multiple groups came after us and were seated. We kept asking if they’re still going to get a spot for us. If you are alone or a party of two, they might keep you waiting for the longest time.
We eventually went to eat elsewhere. I do not intend to return to this place to be humiliated again.

I'm never disappointed by their cheesecake. The food was good, too, but the cheesecake really makes the experience for me. They have something for everyone be it food or cheesecake. Servers are lovely as well. Never had a bad experience at this, or any other, cheesecake factory in New England.

Love visiting just generally coming away thinking I could've gotten similar quality food elsewhere for cheaper. But hard to beat the selection and the Cheesecakes!

Everytime I think about this place is that their menu is basically a book with pages and sections. Not saying that it's a bad thing but it does get overwhelming to some who never been here or rarely goes here and it takes that individual about 10 to 20 minutes to decide what they want. Besides that the food is either good or not good but that depends on what you ordered.

Many different options, and great cake

Placed a curbside order recently, did not get it handed out to me, had to come in. Was also missing the cheesecake.
