The service was excellent,penny was her name but the dessert we got the apple crisp.Don't you ever order it It's really back, it's like apple swimming in caramel sauce.It has no crisp, no nuts, just a sprinkle of oatmeal.And maybe a piece or two of knots I had to drain the apples out.So we can eat some apples are the food was excellent. The waitress went above and beyond to make us happy with our coffee.She was amazing. I took one star away for dessert.
Just an update I couldn't do yesterday, the manager took the charge off in a very nice attitude. Just an advice for the apple crisp please don't forget to put the topping so it will absorb the juice and will be better crisp .thank you fir the response and thanks for all .

Sat at the bar. Unintentionally sat near the dishwasher. Whenever the bartender ran it a rank smell escaped. I ended up moving down the bar to escape it. Alot of fruit flies too.
Food was just so mediocre. I used to remember their food being amazing but it was just so average. A step up from cafeteria food.

Expressing my disappointment with the service I received at your location during a recent visit. I came in to purchase a 6-inch cheesecake and use a $15 bonus gift card I received over the holidays. I wasn’t entirely sure of the card’s terms, so I asked the employee at the register if they could explain how it worked. Instead of helping, the employee curtly told me to “read the terms of the gift card.” Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me confused rather than supported.
I decided to bring my concerns to the manager. When the manager arrived, their response was equally disappointing. Rather than listening or offering any solution, they simply asked, “So what is it I can do for you?” in a tone that felt impatient and borderline aggressive. I made it clear I wasn’t looking for anything other than to share my concerns about the staff’s attitude. The manager said they would “speak to them about it” and mentioned the employee was a “work in progress.” I was left feeling like my complaint wasn’t taken seriously.
As I waited for my order, I saw the manager and the employee talking and laughing together, which made it clear that my concern was not being treated with any seriousness or professionalism. When I went to pick up my cheesecake, the same employee walked over, took the cheesecake from the person who was helping me, bagged it themselves, and told me to “have a great day” in a way that felt forced and insincere. Before this, they had given me a long, uncomfortable stare as I approached—something that felt intentionally intimidating.
This entire experience was unprofessional from beginning to end. I felt disrespected by both the employee and the manager. I have no intention of returning to this location and would rate my experience far below zero stars if I could.

We made a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. After finally sitting down, we didn’t even have silverware — and had to ask three separate times before anyone brought it.
When it finally arrived, it was handled in the most unprofessional way possible. Instead of saying “excuse me,” the food runner tapped my brother hard on the shoulder and threw the silverware onto our dirty table — unwrapped. It was disrespectful and unsanitary.
On top of that, the entire experience took nearly two hours, and the service was consistently slow and careless from start to finish. No one took accountability, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
This was easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We expected much better from a place like The Cheesecake Factory. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

Came in for lunch today. The food was good, but our server Susan was fantastic. She was on it. We were greeted with a huge smile and personality, kindness, she engaged with our kids and got them talking and excited, she remembered everything, and just gave us such a pleasant experience that you don’t normally get nowadays. The manager, who sat us at our table, told us she was amazing and it was not an exaggeration. He was equally as pleasant and had such a warm and positive presence. Thank you for a great lunch which can be otherwise stressful with young kids!

Food was flavorless, cold, rice was hard in certain bites. Waitor was very adamant of us ordering our meals sooner than later. It was 5pm.. then I was interrogated regarding why I didn’t enjoy my meal. My finance was satisfied with .her meal. I’m usually not one to write a review especially in a negative way. However it was pretty expensive for food that wasn’t good and felt rushed.

Went back after being gone for 20 years and we remembered to get our favorite appetizers (avocado egg rolls) and their cheese cake desserts are still irresistible. Try to get there at an in between time like 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m to avoid long waits.

Came here with my grandparents to enjoy a meal. Sat down at the bar and was served by Penny. She was absolutely wonderful. Coming home from college after not having a sit down meal and being met with such fantastic and efficient service was truly amazing. Can absolutely say we will be back and recommend cheesecake factory and Penny to everyone. Definitely ask for her if you want fantastic service!!
