The food is consistently very good. Our waitress, Norita was amazing, friendly and attentive-we had reservations but still had a wait of about 25min.-It is a bit loud but We sat in a booth and found it fine for talking amongst our party of 3

The food came out. It was made wrong. You let the waitress know that I wasn’t the right stuff she went in the kitchen came back with something different. She notified the manager, Matthew of the incident of the plate, being incorrect, and The other people went in my party ate all their food before the correct plate of food came out so it kind of ruined our meal. She said let me see if I can get some kind of gift card or something for you. I’m really sorry that that happened and when she went and spoke to Matthew the manager, Matthew said no that it wasn’t necessary that he was giving us nothing to make up for the mistake so I won’t be back to that location because I think he is a poor manager representing this location they should maybe consider finding someone else as a replacement. I’ve been dealing with acid reflux lately which has made eating out challenging. So when I came to Cheesecake Factory, I already had two meal options in mind (and questions regarding modifications). Our server Nick M. was patient with me while I asked specific questions about both options. Unfortunately, they were out of the Asian lettuce wraps. So I ordered the second option (a plain grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, avocado, a little bit of cheese and light mayo on the side which I used just a touch of). Nick M. wrote everything down. When the food came out, he checked on me multiple times which I appreciated. I ate it and so far, so good (although I am on medication so that sort of helps). Lots of places typically have pre—marinated meats/food so I was very grateful that the restaurant could accommodate me. Hopefully, my stomach issues resolve soon and I can return with no restrictions!
