I called them to inquire about their cookie cakes and someone hung up the phone on me and when I tried calling back a few minutes later no one answered. I was disappointed that there was no way to make special requests or comments when ordering online, and upon getting there to pick up the cookie cake I discovered that they can’t write anything like “Happy Birthday” on the cookie. Terrible first time experience.

Pro: lots of options & flavors
Con: cookies over baked, out of cookies, staff member forgot an item
Showed up around 7 pm, was not busy.
Ordered 2 ice cream sandwiches and a normal ice cream. Asked if there would be more stuffed Oreo cookies, member said no. Thought that was a bit odd for a cookie store, but did not bother me, something to note. Swapped for some other cookies on the sandwich.
All 4 cookies ended up being over baked, to the point my kids were knocking on them and they would echo. We expected the cookies to harden from the ice cream but we could tell they were just over baked. This should be recognized by the staff as they have to handle the cookies, especially when making the sandwich.
Ended up waiting an extra 5-8 minutes for our second sandwich, not a special order either, as a few other customers received their order before mine was finished and they had ordered after. Not a big deal, but something to point out.
My kids did at least enjoy the ice cream but we had already been to another ice cream store (days before) that they said they preferred.
Probably will not return, but was worth the try.

Such a great experience all around! The two lads, Steve and Caden couldn't have been sweeter and more helpful. Customer service was superb, not to mention the turtle ice cream sandwiched in between two amazing cookies. Thank you!

Delicious ice cream cookies with Richardsons ice cream, their truck comes to my job every year during the appreciation week and I was surprised to find them near the Burlington mall. Highly recommended it

Good ice cream/cookie shop offering Richardsons ice cream flavors, a staple of local Massachusetts ice cream stands, but the addition of fresh cookies makes it really great! I went with the Death by Chocolate, a great rich chocolate flavor paired with a classic chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a picture before I had gobbled down most of it. I’ve been a fan since they were just a food truck in Boston, so nice to see that they continue to thrive and their pricing is very fair as well.

Amazing
CM ice cream is just so delicious and cookies are so fresh.
Its my new favorite place for a sweet treat.
I didn't realize that they also sold fresh-baked cookies. I bought a six-pack of their cookies and they were amazing
i got a chocolate chip cookie. 3.25 i think? it was very dry ☹️ would not buy again.
Cookies were good, especially the “Chaos” Milk and cookies is a good deal 2 cookies and a glass of milk. Stayed in Boston for a weekend and got this twice. Definitely gonna miss the place considering there’s none in my area.
