Ordered a calzone and mozzarella sticks, calzone came out black and honestly disgusting, sticks were alright

A once staple in the community has been unfortunately sold to an owner that is not putting the same care into the food or service that once made this pizza/sub shop so revered. Portions are smaller and the quality is subpar at best. Really disappointing. The one delivery we got went to the wrong address and was only delivered to us after we called. Upon arrival everything was cold. Driver told us he had to pick it up from the other house it had been delivered too. An hour later. Mistakes happen but when the choice to the solution is the cheapest way you have to question what other corners they are cutting. Hope this new ownership gets their act together or at the least realize they aren’t cut out for this business and find a buyer with the correct passion and care needed to run a pizza/sub shop.

This place used to be good. Quick service and delivery. Reasonable prices. (Worst 2 things were that the pizza was sometimes over cooked and they never had regular mustard for burgers or Pastrami subs. Only brown spicy mustard) Little by little went way up in price, but still a little cheaper than most places around here. Now gone down hill. The people who take your order over the phone are sometimes screwing up the orders. Delivery is terrible! Hot subs, pizza and fries come cold. The delivery people are not required to keep the food in bag warmers anymore when they come to your door. No good, especially in the cold weather. Also, they don't always read the instructions about which door to go to and by the time they come, the food is REALLY cold. We do understand it's hard to find people who want to work these days, but at least try training them better before they start working.

Good food, ordered 2 subs and they were fantastic and came out quickly and the cashier/ Cook that took our order was super friendly will definitely come back again and good prices too!

My kids had pizza during the evening event. Both got digestion problems the morning after. Though they liked it and had like 2-3 slises, I would not go there and order pizza for myself and my family.

asked for 3 slices of pizza they had 2 i had to wait for a fresh pizza for the third slice and i specifically said if i have to wait for a pizza to be made i want 3 fresh slices . they brought my food to the table and gave me the 2 old slices . you just lost a good customer .

I guess you need to tell them your hungry to get your food delivered in less than 2 hours like the most recent review said... Not sure why I ordered delivery again ? don't bother tipping you'll want it back after your experience. They do have good food but not when it's cold

Shoutout to ThePizza Works! Was given a 35 min wait time but had a hangry toddler so they put a little rush on it. Appreciate the amazing service! Pizza was terrific; classic nostalgic taste! Definitely one of the best pizza places around here.
