Sadly there’s been a decline of food quality in the last year or so.

Was denied a delivery because they didn’t want to drive down the road for a drink & side order. What is the purpose of delivery when they’ll just refuse to do their very simple job. This place is a joke

Used to be our favorite place to order pizza and buffalo wings. Those were the best!!! New owners terrible food terrible service. It is very sad a local business is going to crap.

Absolutly inedible food, I ordered pizaa and fried dough with marinara souce. Marinara souce seems to be stale and from a jar and probably gone bad , it had barbique sauce in it as well. Pizaa was very greesy , couldn't put in my mouth at all , that bad in taste. Worst pizza shope experience ever.

I used to love this place. I’m now done. The buffalo fingers are now floppy. My Caesar wrap was ordered with extra dressing. There wasn’t even a drop of dressing on it just lettuce. Never again.

Used to be amazing until changing hands from former owner Kenny. New owner? Dirty, cheap and absolutely doesn't care about anything or anyone except for himself. The orders are almost always wrong.

Was selling books at the used books superstore and before shopping to spend my cred it I needed Lunch. I stopped in and had a steak and cheese sub and then got a sausage n pineapple pizza for later. Both were fresh and tasy and excellent with nice prices. EZ parking too.

Great pizza! It’s made to order, however you want! We didn’t try anything else but there seemed to be a lot of other options too (subs, calzones, burgers, salads)
I placed a large order a week in advance and was assured 11:30 AM delivery wouldn’t be a problem. I even called the morning of to confirm, and was told we were all set. During that call, I caught a mistake in the delivery address, and we corrected it.
Unfortunately, at 11:50 AM—still no delivery. I called again and was told the driver should be there any minute. At 12 PM, still no pizza. The driver finally called and said he had not been given the corrected address. My order arrived 45 minutes late, which delayed a scheduled lunch meeting.
To make things worse, we also ordered the day before for a separate event, and that delivery was 30 minutes late. We’ve used Pizza Works for years as our company’s go-to, but the back-to-back delays have been disappointing—especially when coordinating time-sensitive events. Hoping they get back on track.

I will never order anything from this place again. Their Grilled chicken Greek salad is all lettuce!! Didn’t even give any pita bread either. Disappointing!

Ordered a calzone and mozzarella sticks, calzone came out black and honestly disgusting, sticks were alright
A once staple in the community has been unfortunately sold to an owner that is not putting the same care into the food or service that once made this pizza/sub shop so revered. Portions are smaller and the quality is subpar at best. Really disappointing. The one delivery we got went to the wrong address and was only delivered to us after we called. Upon arrival everything was cold. Driver told us he had to pick it up from the other house it had been delivered too. An hour later. Mistakes happen but when the choice to the solution is the cheapest way you have to question what other corners they are cutting. Hope this new ownership gets their act together or at the least realize they aren’t cut out for this business and find a buyer with the correct passion and care needed to run a pizza/sub shop.
