Horrible customer service. I ordered a cake and it got accepted and all but when I go to the store I find that they are closed? I needed this cake for today. You should’ve have put on the website that you were temporarily closed. Never coming back here. Update: it’s October and I haven’t gotten a refund it’s a whole call DoorDash and DoorDash tells me to call the store why is it so complex to get a refund?

i actually enjoyed visiting here before as there was quality staff treating and servicing with enthusiasm nowadays, inexperienced and yolo attitude from the current staff really drives my family and i away from here

Love the chain, don't like this one. Horrible communication in regards to scheduling a cake ahead, placed an order for someone's birthday ahead of time and they didn't even bother to call when they cancelled. Tried calling them during working hours to see why, and they aren't taking any calls. Just odd, you're better off going to the one in Allston.

Excellent service here. Very good espresso. The cheese cake is worth trying. For a small bakery they have a good selection of treats and baked goods. A nice place to visit if you need some good coffee and shop at Hmart for some fresh organic food.
Parking: During busy hours this place in Hmart can be hard to get in and out or even find a parking spot or leave the parking lot.
