Their $58 premium cream cake was terrible. The sponge cake base was so old, almost brittle, and broke easily. I believe it was baked at least five days ago. In the past, it was always very moist and delicious, so I would always buy it for special occasions despite the high price. But this time, I was very disappointed.

Watch out for the higher prices of all bakery products. The most important is the taste. This is the first time I stop by and try some of their products. It is a big disappointment. I paid $22.90 for pastries and donuts. They even have a tip on the menu. It’s ridiculous while I ordered and take it out and they tried to ask for a tip. This will be my last visit to Tous Les Jours.

Lemon ginger tea for $5.05 is water + a little bit of ginger citron jam that is sold in a jar at HMart. I have it in my fridge at home. The amount of jam in the drink is pitiful. The jar itself can be bought for almost $5 and can make a year’s worth of this drink.
Honey Lavender Matcha Latte is $6.25. There is no lavender flavor in the drink. Matcha flavor is light as well. The sweetness of the drink is overwhelming, like eating a candy bar. Better when diluted with milk and water at home.

I tried a few different sweet buns/breads. They were good! Two of them had a strange aftertaste like ... Burned animal fat. The coffee I had a was super good.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a cake and it got accepted and all but when I go to the store I find that they are closed? I needed this cake for today. You should’ve have put on the website that you were temporarily closed. Never coming back here. Update: it’s October and I haven’t gotten a refund it’s a whole call DoorDash and DoorDash tells me to call the store why is it so complex to get a refund?

Come here for every occasion we need cake #1 best cakes ever and the bakery is great also but pricey well worth it excellent customer service.

i actually enjoyed visiting here before as there was quality staff treating and servicing with enthusiasm nowadays, inexperienced and yolo attitude from the current staff really drives my family and i away from here

Horrible communication in regards to scheduling a cake ahead, placed an order for someone's birthday ahead of time and they didn't even bother to call when they cancelled. Tried calling them during working hours to see why, and they aren't taking any calls. Just odd, you're better off going to the one in Allston.
