A disappointing experience all around. Most of the food was good (especially the seafood) but not good enough to justify the high prices. The service was also embarrassingly slow: a dinner for four on a not-too-crowded night took almost 2 and 1/2 hours.

Food is okay. The chicken carsar salad is basic. Octupus is okay and shrimp scampi is good.

Very disappointed in our experience for a 5pm dinner on a Saturday night. Table of 5 ordering apps, salads, entrees, desserts and 2 drinks each so $600 with tip. Terrible service. Supposedly had a team of 2 waitresses and a water person. We were out of water, chicken parm was so dry we needed sides of sauce, which we didn’t get until 1/2 through as not one wait staff checked with us after the entrees were delivered. And the women’s bathroom needed towels, toilet paper and attention at 630! Will not recommend or return!

Nice ambiance; we asked for a quieter table and were given the perfect booth where all four of us could hear each other, despite our hearing impairments. Service was exceptional and food was delicious. This was our first visit - we'll be back!

Have been to this location a few times. Our meals are always delicious! Our waitstaff is always attentive. Drinks are great! We had the opportunity to meet the manager Sonia when she came over to make sure everything was to our liking! She was very personable! Would recommend stopping by for a great meal!

Wine list was not up to date, as all 3 wines I ordered were not available. The waitress brought an option which was more expensive and not what they had on the wine list either. The menu was very different than the online menu. My wife's favorite dish was on the online menu, but not on the actual menu. I ordered a frutti di mare, a shellfish dish with pomodoro. Pomodoro, by definition, is a light red sauce. I was served a sauce with so much crushed red pepper that it was inedible. I am quite certain this was intentional because I refused the wine substitutes and called them out for the wine list not being updated. I am a regular customer with a membership to their rewards program. I have watched them gradually deteriorate from a premium Italian restaurant to this. Very disappointing. It appears they are investing their future in Tuscan Village and just riding out the lease in Burlington. Tuscan Kitchen in Salem is great, but I suggest you avoid Burlington.

We went there for my birthday dinner. Food and service was excellent. I had the 10 oz fillet and it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the backed haddock and that too was excellent. A bit on the pricey side but worth it for a special occasion.

"Absolutely loved our visit to this spot with my friends and wife! The ambiance and cuisine are simply perfect comfort. Our server Annie was an absolute delight, effortlessly accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions with a smile. Plus, it was a pleasant surprise to chat with the general manager Lisa came over and talked to us for awhile. Highly recommend this establishment for a memorable dining experience!"

Atmosphere was nice. Way over priced for the quality of the food. Thought I was paying for a high-end restaurant, and everybody was dressed in jeans and short dresses that We’re not appropriate for any restaurant business. Ordered the specialOf the night and they forgot one of the key items in the dish . We also were told we could bring in a cake for a birthday party but once we got there, they said we could not bring it in unless it was a store-bought cake and not a homemade one from home.

I am VERY impressed by this restaurant. It's not easy finding a place to eat great Italian food with great service and an atmosphere that lets you have a quiet dinner on date night with your wife without a gaggle of screaming little animals running all over the place. I think what saves this place from that is that it is not physically connected to any part of the mall. I very much enjoyed the food and the service was outstanding.
