I've eaten here dozens of times the Food is pretty good but every single time there is a ridiculously long wait for the food at least fifteen to twenty minutes this is fast food so the wait is unnaceptable

Friday night in the mall is always a zoo and only 2 people working. I can’t imagine the stress level of these two young people. I am not sure of the girls name, but my receipt says Brandon. They handled it like a boss! Food was great! No order issues and he never let the stress show when interacting with customers. I hope your manager sees this and does something nice. Because of it were me in that situation well I would’ve walked away.

I used to love this place. Ate there Saturday may 1. It's now under new management. Prices have gone up, and now they are using pre made burgers. Was fresh burger that they flattened from a ball. Now is chewy and was never before. The new burgers didn't even fill the buns. Reminded me of McDonald's basic burger. I'll be going to Five Guys from now on.

Wayback burgers is the worst place you can get food at this mall . Took an hour to get 2 burgers done, forgot to put the fries and no napkins . Man this place is bad . Go somewhere else pls.

This Wayback Burgers is actually in the food court at the mall. Considering all things Covid, I was surprised at the number of seats that were available in the food court area. Decided on a burger and came to check these guys out. It's really hard to resist something, especially a burger, with bacon...and lot's of it. I went for the Juicy DOUBLE BACON: Our classic burger topped with four slices of crispy bacon for mouthwatering perfection. American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and of course, ketchup and mustard complete this masterpiece. Overall for a fast food burger joint, they aren't bad. The fries were fresh and the burger was tasty. Nothing really special, nothing really wrong with it. If you're in the mood for a burger they are a solid choice.

Worst burger I ever had.. I ordered one Buffalo chicken, one bouble bacon and tender chicken... let me tell you about all of them.. tender chicken was not tender at all,oil was spilling out of it.double bacon was burnt completely and then buffalo chicken has more buffalo sauce than the chicken..oil was spilling out of both the burgers like juice... also the tender chicken had no juice in it..feels as if it was stale...I would recommend them to please upgrade their standard

Both burgers we ordered were wrong - toppings weren't on them (ordered 1 with lettuce and tomato and 1 with pickles; they only gave us pickles and lettuce on the side; the pickle juice saturated the lettuce making it soggy and smelling like pickles so we couldn't use it) and they didn't put any sauce on either burger when we ordered their Wayback gold sauce on both - so they basically just gave us 2 plain cheeseburgers. It was like they were too lazy to actually make our order, but then couldn't even be bothered to give us everything we'd ordered on them on the side either. Also ordered the Wayback gold sauce for 2 sides and got zero sides of sauce. Called the store and the manager was absolutely horrible, he was so rude and then just put the phone down without saying anything so I could hear background noises, when I called back they had left the phone off the hook so it was busy, then when I finally got through again the manager said "I'm busy" and hung up. Could've just said "I'm sorry" since they had clearly messed up, but didn't even get that. It's like he didn't care that, without customers, you don't have a business! Haven't gotten any responses to messages I submitted on their company website either. HORRIBLE customer service that clearly goes all the way to the top! It's no wonder the manager at their Burlington, MA location treats customers like garbage!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would!!

The first time we ordered from there it was great and we loved the Wayback gold sauce so we knew we wanted it again. The second time we ordered, we ordered the Wayback gold sauce on two cheeseburgers and as the side sauce for our sides of fries and onion rings (so in total there should’ve been 2 sides of sauce and 2 items with sauce on them). When we received the order, there was NO sauce - none on either burger and no sides of sauce. I called the store and the person I spoke...

Love the burgers of all sizes at Wayback. I was sorry to see that they had closed their free-standing store in Salem, NH. I am glad that there still is a store relatively close by in the Rockingham Mall. I have seen reviews of that restaurant that the author thought the burgers were a little pricey. I agree. However you get what you pay for.
Veggie burger I ordered was wicked gross and slimy. Place looked disgustingly dirty, and person at the counter was rude. I legit watched them break frozen patties apart that were on a shelf almost on the floor next to spilled French fries and dirt. Really gross.

My wife and I both got classic double burgers with onion rings and fries as sides, very good greasy food court burgers,I'd give it 5 stars but I'm giving it 4 do to it being a tad pricey

Had my order delivered via doordash and aide feom the "dasher" leaving my food and drink so close the door I had to squeeze myself out the door to keep from knocking my drink over, the burgers were pretty good. Then I opened my $6 bacon fries... You can see the slight difference between what was expected and what arrived. Shameful.
