This Wendy’s has repeatedly taken my money and forgotten items, never has any amount of coordination and everyone seems to be not fully there considering the lot constantly reeks of marijuana. Today I was made to wait 10 plus minutes and then they still forgot my sandwich. I normally never review but I’ve had enough of the incompetence.

The 4 star is caused by their not having French fries available yet they charged for the two meals. They did throw in one order chicken nuggets. It was very expensive and I was told their Wendy's was more expensive than others. I didn't ask why. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the workers very nice.

The bald male with glasses (i’m guessing a night manager) working at the drive thru tonight has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I pulled into the drive through around 9:45 after a movie. I was in the car with my boyfriend, we took a few minutes to look at the menu the asked to order , we ordered and he ordered his meal and I ordered mine. After, we heard a long pause and I said hello? The man on the other end welcomed us to Wendy’s as if we were a new car, we ordered again and the man welcomed us to Wendy’s once more. I pulled up to the window thinking there was something wrong with the speaker and was greeted by this passive aggressive and rude man who told us “two people can’t order in one car” and proceeded us to tell us that for 5 more minutes in a rude tone as i kept trying to cut in just to place my order and go home. I am so annoyed with my experience here. As someone who works in the food industry it takes a lot for me to write a bad review like this.
