The bald male with glasses (i’m guessing a night manager) working at the drive thru tonight has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I pulled into the drive through around 9:45 after a movie. I was in the car with my boyfriend, we took a few minutes to look at the menu the asked to order , we ordered and he ordered his meal and I ordered mine. After, we heard a long pause and I said hello? The man on the other end welcomed us to Wendy’s as if we were a new car, we ordered again and the man welcomed us to Wendy’s once more. I pulled up to the window thinking there was something wrong with the speaker and was greeted by this passive aggressive and rude man who told us “two people can’t order in one car” and proceeded us to tell us that for 5 more minutes in a rude tone as i kept trying to cut in just to place my order and go home. I am so annoyed with my experience here. As someone who works in the food industry it takes a lot for me to write a bad review like this.
pardox as the food is the best of any local wendy's, but the drive through guy (expediter) is a jerk. missing items that you put in your order, sometimes doesn't hand you half your order, then acts annoyed when you sit there after he closed the window. I avoid this one just because of the bad drive through

I am on bed rest suddenly and didn’t have time to prep. So while I was getting things in order, I ordered a salad two days in a row. Tajae answered the phone the second day and remembered me and that I was asking politely for a different soda they have in the store but not for order online. She remembered immediately and was so polite. She remembered all of the details! I felt like I was in first class of Dubai Airlines where they give you your own pajamas. Thanks for making me feel like a princess (in the kindest way) Ajae! Your customer service is out of this world! I hope all of your hopes and dreams come true.

Tyga the manager is super nice. I was behind a family of 3. A dad and his 2 girls. One of them was super indecisive but Tyga was super patient. He just smiled sweetly at her and as a mom, that melted my heart. Tyga has a forever customer out of me. It shows he has compassion and truly cares about his customers. No crazy wait. Store was nice and neat. Employees all worked together nicely. One of the best stores I've ever seen run. This store and North Reading are the best stores I've ever been to.

Came in here today around 230 and guy gave me wrong order at window at first then when I got my actual order it was wrong. Which is cool people make mistakes. Just wanted to shout out the crew there they handled it very professionally and you can tell they are all trying to provide good service and wanted to make sure they got it right. Goes a long way to care about how you treat people. Keep it up.
