Came in here today around 230 and guy gave me wrong order at window at first then when I got my actual order it was wrong. Which is cool people make mistakes. Just wanted to shout out the crew there they handled it very professionally and you can tell they are all trying to provide good service and wanted to make sure they got it right. Hands down the best Wendy's I've ever visited . Very clean, very friendly. The young man that just waited on me had to help me with my app. AGAIN! Wish I knew his name. I've been in the store twice this week and twice before over the summer and ALL the staff have been welcoming and patient.

We misread the posting on the door and arrived an hour before the lobby would open. We simply turned and went towards our car as we should but an employee offered to let us in early and were very courteous. We appreciated them bending the rule when they certainly did not have to. Their attitudes were wonderful and well above what is expected in this industry. Thank you for helping us out!
