Went today for my first time experience . I was pleasantly acknowledged and my order taken. My questions answered. Although many workers standing around and chit chatting. My smoothie was done within 7 minutes. The smoothly was topped off well. The taste was very good, little too much PB to my liking but all in all it was delicious. I would go again and request light PB. Thank you Blended Berry!

Good spot considering this is the only business like this in town. My go to order is the perfect date smoothie which I love! The açaí bowls here are good, however the lack of fruit and granola on top is a bit annoying. Taste wise it’s good, just a bit runny. I do love the wellness shots
With the amount of people working behind the bar you’d think service would be quicker.

I LOVE my Blended Berry, but I’d switch to a competitor in a second if one opened up locally that allowed you to pick up your online orders that you’ve already paid for AND tipped on WITHOUT having to wait in the same line behind 10 people still figuring out what they want and having a million questions for the cashier. It is bizarre that there is no process for this. Follow the model for literally any and all other companies with online orders. This is an easy fix, Blended Berry.

My beautiful niece asked me to pickup her açaí bowl, that she ordered and paid for online. I arrived to find that they were 11 young ladies behind the counter, Half of them standing around doing nothing. There was a line of about 12 people. At the one end of the long counter was a sign that said for pick up orders, check in at the register. I asked one of the young ladies, “do I really have to stand in line in order to pick up”, to which she responded “Yes, you do.”
16 minutes later, I told the one girl on the one register (Who had four young ladies behind her just staring at her) I was here to pick up my niece’s order. The cashier herself walked to the other end of the counter, picked up the bowl, brought it back and handed it to me. Just shows how poorly Run this restaurant is that she couldn’t have even asked one of the young ladies who was just staring into space to get it for her so she could’ve helped the next customer in l
How badly managed is this place? Ordering and paying online is supposed to be a convenience. There was absolutely no reason why I should not have been able to just pick up at the other end of the counter. God knows there were enough people not doing anything that could have assisted. First off, they should have two registers and secondly for an Online order, one should just be able to go to a pick up counter as in 99% of other establishments with similar operations.
I would never go back here again because of this inconvenience.

Really yummy smoothies and lots of healthy ingredients. Very fast service! Will be stopping more!
I come here pretty frequently and hype it up to my friends, me and a close friend both really like this place and we decided to go this afternoon I ordered a pretty particular order and repeated it back to the cashier in great detail. She was so nice. Then 2 other co-workers walked over to her and asked her to explain what the order was as it was customized and not on the menu. This very kind women started working on my friends order which was also a little customized. An older gentleman walked in and this blonde worker with really big eyelashes Decided to work on this gentleman’s order before mine which I didn’t think anything of because they were talking and acting like they knew each other, she then proceeded to make mine completely wrong.

Blended Berry Acai bowls in Bourne use to be great! NOT SO MUCH ANY MORE. Runny acai, very limited fruit and exceptionally messy… today the fruit was frozen in Falmouth. Just not the same. In fact, awful quite frankly. It use to be you couldn’t wait to stop in a grab a bowl… now, after repeated visits-SUCKS. Too bad, they were right on at one time. BOWL BOYS in Westwood area have the best bowls… Blue Foot cafe in Wareham very good, bowls by Walrus in Mattapoisett outstanding. Just saying … $12 is $12.
