Had a wonderful lunch today! The balsamic chicken was absolutely out of this world delicious! And I can’t thank our server and the manager enough for being so accommodating about an allergy in our party! They came out with the laptop and showed us how they have a system that shows which foods are free of the allergen and told us to ask for that service when we come back! That’s going above and beyond, most places don’t take the time to do things like that and I am so grateful that they do! We will be returning for sure.

We came to Boston for a fun weekend and our friends told us about this place and when I tell you it was amazing, I was NOT disappointed. You can’t go wrong with the mango sweet tea and please ask for Lisa! The most amazing server ever! This place has the best mozzarella moons! So glad we stopped! It’s gonna be a tradition to come from Florida to Boston and stop at 99!

I ordered to deliver and very happy with service was quick and tasty meal. Have to say very good dressing they use for salad and meal. I will stop by and try at the restaurant itself as well

Food was good, but more wait staff is needed. They had a few large parties of young children with their parents who just came from a kids hockey game, and needed another waitress or 2 to handle it.

The food and customer service is very disappointing. Upon arriving, we weren’t greeted and were ignored. When we told the hostess how many were in our party, she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes (it was pretty empty). She took us to our table and threw the menus, didn’t say anything else and walk away which made my group feel very weird and not welcomed. She definitely seemed bias because she seemed to be nice and attentive to other parties walking in after us. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but this alone made myself and my group feel terrible. Our waitress was nice for the most part. Someone in my group asked for a well done steak and it came out medium rare. Shooting her down was very difficult so we asked a manager (who also didn’t seem friendly at all). When the waitress did come, she seemed annoyed with our request of cooking it more. Other than that, she was great. Also, addressing this with the managers was impossible as they are not friendly and hard to shoot down as well, therefore not worth the time. I will not be coming back. It’s not worth the food or money.

Our 1st time here and the service at the bar was very slow from the start. He only noticed us cause my wife got his attention. Took about 10 min to get a soda and bottle of beer. We asked for a menu and never got one. Wife got one from hostess desk. Bartender never checked on us even tho we had menus in our hands. Why wouldn't he just ask if we wanted a appetizer? Or another beer? Even the ladies next to us had been waiting to get a beer for 10 min. I understand they were busy cause of the power outages around town but we feel he could of done more. Spoke to a manager and that was a waste of time cause she did nothing to comp our meal and only had excuses stating they were short staff

There with my roommate from school. We had not seen each other in 2.5 years. We announced to our servers Kass and Devon that we needed time to catch up - no need to rush! I ordered steak tips cooked medium but unfortunately they came out bloody. I requested they be popped back under the broiler. They came back perfectly medium and we were offered a salad or dessert as service recovery. We weren't rushed, we had attentive service but no hovering, pleasant conversation with Devon and Kass, and one of the nicest 99 meals I have ever experienced. Go 99 in Plymouth! We will be back.
The Nines as locals call these restaurants are popular New England steak & seafood eateries. Like everywhere, prices are higher but the food is very good.

It was my first time eating at 99 and I truly enjoyed my experience there. The waitress was very polite and courteous and the food was delicious. We went to the one that was located on Canton, Ma. Me and my grandson could not get enough of the popcorn. It reminded me of the Ground Round.?
