If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here. Waited a hour and a half for one medium cheese pizza when it was supposed to be 15 Minutes. I asked how much longer twice and couldn’t even get an answer just a “I don’t know”. They barely spoke English as well and only one person was actually working with 4 employees on the clock. . Go to a different location and save your time.

This Domino’s that’s in Canton, Massachusetts. I went and ordered a pizza on my app and added a soda and marinara sauce. I got the pizza with my points but when I walked into pay it with $100 bill to pay the remaining balance they would not break my hundred dollar bill or just remove the soda in the marinara sauce so in other words, they just use my points and cannot refund me my points. I’m a very upset and very mad at the fact that the manager had a very crazy attitude when I asked how can I get my points back and she basically said we can’t issue those back I did not get my food nor did I receive my points back on that note I would never go back to this dominoes in Canton Massachusetts because the customer service skills are very poorly in the lady has a very messed up attitude overall they need to fix their management and on that note I seen a mouse run by in front of the door inside the building disgusting

I specifically ordered a pepper and onion pizza.. said it 3 times.. person on register was trying to tell me I said pepperoni...this went on for 30 seconds...30 seconds to long... register person doesn't understand nor speak English very well...all the while holding a phone conversation via earbuds in his native tongue... extremely unprofessional... and the pizza was poorly garnished... never again...$21. for that rag... today. 8/6/25
