No matter if you order online or in person, you're still gonna be waiting 10 to 15 min 9 out of 10 times your order is incorrect. And you still need to wait to try to get it correct, which most times they don't do. And if they make a mistake, you are greeted with an attitude from the sto And if they make a mistake, you are greeted with an attitude from the saff you are much better off making the drive and dealing with the construction in cobbs corner or go to honey dew.

weird establishment - i was standing in line and kept asking for my order they apparently couldn’t ’find the recipient’ on their end. I waited for about 15 mins just for the workers to call on other people right in front of me. I kept asking for my order and they seemed clueless until i left and came back that’s when they ‘had’ my order and said i walked away. Who gaslights customers?! Oh, this location does! Go somewhere else that is professional!

I had a bad experience with the staff in this location. We place an order on line my daughter went to pick up the lady in the register was rude unprofessional and also bad service. I will never buy there again. Bad staff.
I wish I could give 0 stars. New blonde girl that works there doesn’t understand the concept of pick up orders last 5 times I have been there I have had to wait in line to ask for my food which is already ready it’s just hiding behind the coffee machine not on the pick up platform she always has a terrible attitude and it is the worst part of my week when I see her there. This is the first time I have ever felt so strongly about something that I have felt the need to place a review. My new least favorite Dunkin’ Donuts by a long shot.

This location is my holy grail. I am a regular at this location and I can fully trust the employees to make my drinks correctly. They never forget the splenda or the oatmilk, and they are kind to me when I arrive to pick up my order. Most other locations around me have pretty terrible service and seem to think that my order is just a suggestion for what they should make, but at this location I can tell that these employees care about their work. Grateful for this dunkin :)
