I wish I could give 0 stars. New blonde girl that works there doesn’t understand the concept of pick up orders last 5 times I have been there I have had to wait in line to ask for my food which is already ready it’s just hiding behind the coffee machine not on the pick up platform she always has a terrible attitude and it is the worst part of my week when I see her there. This is the first time I have ever felt so strongly about something that I have felt the need to place a review. My new least favorite Dunkin’ Donuts by a long shot.

if you get a chance to visit this location, don't let it pass you by. Why? Most mornings, you'll be greeted by the most sincere & infectious smile (He's the GM) ??Sadly, in the majority of other Dunks you're lucky to see anyone at all

This location is my holy grail. I am a regular at this location and I can fully trust the employees to make my drinks correctly. They never forget the splenda or the oatmilk, and they are kind to me when I arrive to pick up my order. Most other locations around me have pretty terrible service and seem to think that my order is just a suggestion for what they should make, but at this location I can tell that these employees care about their work. Grateful for this dunkin :)

I was very poorly attended, the attendant was very rude and impatient because I didn't know how to speak English properly.
I opted not to get any of the donuts due to the grossly uneven distribution of the creme filling, Specifically, and most tragically in the production of their Boston Cream donuts which has historically has been a travesty and just like..... A really heinous thing! (Like 6-7 times!) This issue and unacceptable ratio nearly cost me my relationship. ?. Furthermore today's intended goal was a delicious iced cold beverage to quench the dire thirsts brought on by a (quite freeing) local hike. Unfortunately, again our expectations were unable to be met as the Dunkin was out of multiple items listed on their menu. With limited options, 2 "Apple Cranberry Lemonades" Well, I have to say....it nauseatingly mad me feel like I was at.my grandparents house for the holidays with my cousins being coerced to sing Christmas carols. This is not what anyone should/would think of as a summer refreshing drink.. I do not recommend it.Sincerely,Still parched

it is a small Dunkin with only one register. but they manage to provide incredible customer service. polite and fast! Even though it is small, but it has everything you can also find in big one!

The employees barely speak english never get any order correct and flys come with every order now . I've waisted hundreds of dollars and so havnt everyone else these greedy chains they went up I think 4x on a small coffee use to be 1.95 in 2020 since pandemic hit now what's it $2. 35
