Waited at the counter to order. They walked away after seeing us and started a bunch of drive-through orders as they came through (after we walked in) and never came to the counter.

No line to order however, waited behind another car at the window for 3 minutes (they got an iced drink) when I pulled up I waited for another 4 minutes for my iced coffee that had been sitting there as the associate kept walking back and forth with to go food. Had the flag her down to get my iced coffee so I could leave. Poorly operated and poorly staffed in my opinion.

We went there late in night and opted to choose for 2 burger meals, chicken snack and 3 coke. For we 3 members. We all liked the fries and burgers very much. We took drivein option and enjoyed the food a lot. Only thing I didn't likes this time is that that lady didn't took our order clearly and later to get what ever we wanted, we had to explain this again very clearly. May be because of late night shift, all this happened. Finally we got what ever we wanted. Burger King is always preferable if u need a vegan choice.

They have an old lady that can not handle this job. I feel bad but she is not capable. Will take forever to take your order. Won't even know if she has a long line or people waiting, you can tell her what you want 3xs and she'll still get it wrong. The manager must be so unaware of how their own business is running because you would think that this lady would be taken off the morning shift

Poorly run. The worker taking the orders was having a difficult time getting the order of the people in front of us, in my experience this often results in our drinks being made incorrectly. So we sat down and ordered ahead. This resulted in them putting the stickers on the cups and then just skipping them to get the drinks for the next person in line over and over again. Our food came out and we had already eaten it and we still didn’t have our drinks. I went to the pickup counter and they did nothing to help, just said it was up front. Now I have to go stand in line behind even more people to say hey can you get my drink, it’s been over 20 minutes. Finally someone who had just started at noon was making them. If she hadn’t just come in it would’ve been almost half an hour to get an iced tea and a coffee.

Amazing food for breakfast, lunch, brunch, a snack, etc. I usually get one or two of the bacon, egg, and cheese on an english-ITS AMAZING. Me and my dad also usually split a snackin' bacon. Overall, very ????

The server got my order wrong once again after having her repeat the order back to me. This is the 3rd time in this month. The server was not ready to accept her mistake, neither was she willing to rectify her mistakes. This is for the morning shift in the drive through.
