I had an unpleasant experience due to the employee’s attitude. Instead of speaking politely, the staff member raised her voice at me over a small misunderstanding. As a customer, I felt disrespected. I hope the store can address this and improve customer service in the future.

I wish I could give this a zero
I went to this location 11/11 around 2:00
I was in the drive thru there was a customer in front of me with a dog in her car as I’m pulling up to the window the DD working is leaning out the window petting the dog the dog is licking on her
I just drove off and didn’t take my order I don’t understand how you are petting random animals then handling food she did not was her hands after that. I’m highly allergic so that could have effected me I’m not sure where the common sense was in this situation but I won’t be going back here that was totally unacceptable

one of the worst dunkins ever ,i know 3 people say the same thing i thought it was me, their attitude unprofessional, they should not be working in no ones community serving nothing.

There was two guys on the phone for more than 5 minutes while customers were waiting for their both of them get out of the phone, by side that wasn’t kind at all, that happened today 10/10/25 around 5 pm I love this place because it’s my every day spot for me and my crew, morning staff there is amazing but whoever manage this Dunkin needs to improve better people for the afternoon staff

Have been waiting for loaded hush browns for more than 20 minutes. Asked once to remind if they forgot about the order: I was told by the cashier that kitchen is busy and she even didn’t make an effort to find out the status. I asked again after 10 minutes, and it looked like nobody was even working on it. Terrible service. I asked for money back.

Absolutely the worst service, every time I go in there expecting it to be better but it never is. Ordered a coffee mid morning, stood there for 5 minutes while the employees just stood there. I ended up walking out without getting my coffee. The dunkin donuts is terrible.

Highly recommend Aly for services she knows what she’s doing very smart young lady
But only thing they need more workers in the night
