Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. 2 people ahead of me in the drive thru and took 15 minutes

I would NOT recommend this location. I stopped by on Tuesday February 25, 2025 and I requested the same drink that I have been ordering for a while without any issues. It was a Brown Sugar shaken espresso that they are offering for $3.00. I kindly asked for less ice as I have always done and NEVER had an issue with doing so.
I was told by an older lady with Blond hair who claimed she was the manager that corporate doesn’t want us doing that (putting less ice in the drink) and argued with me when I kindly asked again for less ice. The two employees at the store who have made this before for me had no issues with making it how I requested.
It was really sad and disappointing to see that this lady was arguing with the other employees who were trying to assist me. It’s unfortunate to see that Dunkin Donuts would hire such a rude, disrespectful and argumentative manager. I hope corporate sees this review and train’s management on customer service.

Went to this canton dunks yesterday. The worst service I ever had. There were 3 men working that cared less about their job. Myself and the 2 cars ahead of me only ordered 1 drink. And there were at least 5 cars behind me. Took at least 7-8 minutes per car. When I got to window they were on their phone and dancing and fooling around. They dropped my frozen coffee on the floor, laughed , and then made other peoples drinks. I tapped on the glass and one came over and said they were making it but they weren’t. I almost drove away as some cars had already done. I assume these men won’t have their jobs very long. Don’t go there around 3:30 in the afternoon unless you have nowhere to go!

Ok I am a big DD customer but after today I will not go to this location again. A young lady was rude to me but I pointed out that everyday I order via app and my stuff is never on the outbound shelf so I have to reach over. The other bad reviews I just read are not surprising but I was ok going here till today. There needs to be a manager getting involved and addressing these concerns as today was a poor customer service experience. The good news is I can go to the other DD and not have to worry about poor customer service. I know this is an isolated store as I normally visit 3 to 4 different stores and never any issues. I hope this review is taken seriously but I won't go back to this store. Regards, Chris

Awful location, the staff absolutely have no idea how to be nice to people or put out orders in a timely fashion nevermind the orders actually being correct. Placed an online before I left the house so I knew it would be ready when I got there. When I got there I could see my order on the other side of the counter so I waited patiently to be greeted and handed my bag and no one came over. After about 10 minutes the lady who I can only assume is the manager because she was sending people on break came over to the counter and started reading off orders that were taken after I arrived. So as she was walking away from the counter I said that I was waiting for my mobile order and she very rudely told me I had to wait but she didn't even ask me for my name, so I said it's literally the order right there on the counter and she basically threw the bag at me and said here. Got out of there finally with two incorrectly made sandwiches that were also cold at this point and a lukewarm hot coffee. For how unprofessional the staff is you can clearly tell it only stays alive because of its location. Also I have to note that for a newly rebranded Dunkin the place on the inside looks like a run down dump because it's clearly not being cleaned properly.

Worst service, the lady in the picture was rude to me and my two children. Because my kids were not sure on what Donuts to get. Would never come to this location again!!!! Terrible service. And you’re not even greeted by any member. Just seemed like the staff didn’t want to be here after the holidays. Should of went to starbucks

The worst service in the world, if the person is not willing to work, give someone else an opportunity, bad service is not good enough, they do it anyway, providing bad service.
I'm sorry but today, November 29, 2024, I entered this place and the truth is I think it's the worst. There were 4 women and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a cappuccino and I really don't know if it was the milk. Oh the caramel but I don't know how to describe its flavor, the burnt sandwich. Honestly, there are many people who don't love what they do, they should give the opposition to others with a good attitude. I'm sorry but Dunkin D shouldn't count people like that. You come to this place and they look at you like you're an alien. No way they went to the trash

BEWARE! FRAUD ALERT! I ordered thru the drive thru and accidentally left my debit card behind. Went to pick it up 2 days later and the woman at the drive thru window reached for a VERY LARGE STACK of cards that were not locked up or secured, above the register. My card was on top. A few days later I received phone calls about fraud alerts on my card. It was VERY suspicious. Don’t recommend this location.
