I used come here every day with my husband, and I've gotten to know the staff there pretty well. Lately a blonde woman with a bob haircut that doesn't speak any english works there and consistently messes up orders and then gets offended when its brought up. Today after ordering two different bagels, one with cream cheese and the other was a sausage egg and cheese, when we arrived at the window she gave us a sausage egg and cheese with cream cheese.

This place sucks cause the Brazilian girl with the big butt is always talking to other Brazilian girls there….So I work for doordash and she always gives me an attitude and always make me wait very long to get the order when it should already be done… today I waited 8min for an iced coffee that should have been ready… management needs to do better I might call corporate… Unacceptable….

Take that lady off the food station, or train her to take more pride in what she's doing. Toasted means use the toaster not the oven for toasting.

I would like to see the Counter Service Changed. Go back to : the person taking your money gets your items. No Passing it along to another person, this takes TOO LONG. Change your Service policy. If your in there to get a coffee , you GET IT FAST and no waiting time. SMILE at the Customer. BETTER SERVICE....it's a small thing to do.

I don't know what the guy below me is talking about. The staff is extremely friendly. One time the guy messed up my coffee because he didn't understand what i was saying but so what. Theres language barriers big deal. It was still a good coffee just not the flavor i asked for. Anyway the main thing that stands this dunkin apart from others are their donuts. This dunkins location particularly uses more icing on their donuts than others. The maple donut at this location is superior.

Service is ALWAYS terrible, employees are miserable and look as if they don't want to be there. Had a cashier that would not look at us while taking our order nor show any acknowledgement. One employee gave us the wrong drink and then asked how to make the americano. By 11am, they were already sold out of glazed donuts. How is that possible?
