❌️❌️Avoid! Corporate Office needs to take a hard look at this facility run by angry teenagers- they treat you terrible while ordering and than not give you the order properly- had to turn around and goninside- ask for a manager (there wasn't one there) and then just ask for money back- I didn't trust eating the food after this experience.

Poor attitude with the cashier inside also I was given rong item I wanted the sliders they gave me the crosant stuffer and the cashier inside sitting gossiping to the drive through guy he didn't seem intrested he looked stressed out from her the woman wears glasses and gray hair I went inside after they made a mistake on my order and asked to use bathroom I didn't even bother to have my order fixed as she looked angry she was working very rude when I asked to use the bathroom I had to ask her three times she didn't even acknowledge me till I asked the 4th time I really hope you do something about this service or I will never return to this location I know the original owners in quincy mass theu would be disappointed in the quality of their services on how it's going downhill in each location

3/2/2025 I was going through the drive thru, a woman was very rude through the mic, we ordered 2 bagel twist and we were let known that they could heat it up because there wasnt enough people there to use the microwave/heater. When i went to get my food i see 4 people working, all the other wokers were very nice and sorry that they couldnt heat it up. It was just this one woman which i am assuming to be the manager but im not sure. Overall she is always with and additude and very rude.

I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and manager of this Dunkin. When I walked in there was a woman screaming at the staff that she couldn’t wait for Trump to deport them all. The reason? Her bacon was cold and her friend’s coffee tasted watery. She demanded to see the manager and the manager met these two people with so much grace and kindness. The other employees continued to provide incredible service to the other patrons in line like it was business as usual. I hope this team is able to be recognized in some way for their outstanding levels of grace in a very ugly situation.

I’m a previous worked at canton Dunkin’ Donuts, I suggest not to work here as since DECEMBER the last week I had worked never received my final check. As the two managers Jason and Skylar are withholding my check saying I cashed it which is 100% false never even received it. had plans in text to pick it up, never got the chance bc I couldn’t make it there on time before I moved. This is ridiculous I did not work for free as I have only this month to move as well . This is bullshit pulling an illegal scam . theyre horrible managers as Skylar to me on the phone multiple times said Jason will contact me directly still never hasn’t once . Everyone I call during his availability suddenly he’s not available. “Skylar never knows the reason why“… This is complete bullshit and truly frustrating I’m a young adult just getting by which they know that. And they still chose to be shitty people tryna mess with my hard working money pulling an illegal scam. Im not stupid I know my rights and I’m getting my check whether which way I have to handle this . which is around $500 If they take this down that’s how yk they’re hiding shit . I know I’m getting my pay have a good day everyone 🌞

This dunking used to be good but now you can’t even order ahead to get your food on time for your commute. I’ve had to leave my food twice because I was gonna be late. This new morning crew is either short staffed or slow. The drive through guy with the glasses is great though. He carries the whole staff.

This location used to be so much better. 2X this week spent 15 minutes or more in the drive through. I order ahead of time via the app every time to make things as easy as possible but almost always have something missing from the order at the window. If I didn’t double check, I’d be leaving without my complete order. I’m going to start going to another location. You think this one would be great considering HQ is just down the street. Staff is always friendly though.
