What happened to this place? I’ve lived in Canton since 2012 and this was my go-to burger place, but the quality of service has dropped off significantly. Ordered online, told it’d be ready in 7-12 minutes, and 35 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food (along with several other people). The young girl behind the counter was doing her best, but the other women working were the definition of apathy. I don’t mind spending $40+ dollars for 3 burgers and fries, but I do mind service that makes me feel as if my order is an inconvenience to them. I’ll be going elsewhere for my burgers going forward.

$27. Bacon cheeseburger, fries, soda. Eat in, no delivery fees, app fees or anything else. Just a fast casual meal for one. $27.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, competent, and efficient. Maybe the drink machine needs a tune up; but I have nothing really bad to say about anything, except that for us to look at a bill for $27 and not lose our minds, folks we have lost the plot.

For fast food it’s way better than I thought. I like the burger and shakes!!
Especially the Oreo cream shake with whipped cream.
The only thing I don’t like about the burger is the raw onion is not sliced its big cube chunks. The fries are really salty. But all in all I would go back.

No point in ordering for pick up, they don’t start working on your order til you get there. Very slow service

Very rude ended up walking out. Wouldn’t put my burger in a bowl. They had to bring out a manager and she said same thing. Every five guys does it. I wanted a burger no bun due to allergy. Don’t come here and go to McDonald’s instead.

What is the point of pre-ordering if they have to cook the fries when you get there? Just makes no sense. The shocking thing is They continued to increase the price, but lack in quality of service.
Horrible customer service the manager dishonest just like his employees ? tells his upper management that he refunded my order which he screwed up giving me the run around definitely never coming back to this shady

The reign of Five Guys is completely over! Consistent soggy fires, average to below burgers, and high prices (inflation of course). Will go elsewhere for a good burger and crispy fries.
