The food was tasty, the smell drew us in!The woman let us use the restroom so my bf could tape up my shoulder, which I had injured.We really appreciated it.

Yesterday I went here to get me some food there where about 4 ppl one Server so as I was waiting on her to take my order when she look at me and just stood there other man enter (w) she had the nerve to go to him and say hey randy or whatever she said ,and said can I help with something gave him a drink and went back to what she was doing like I wasn't there to bye food...never said one word to me never said can I help you so what I did I put that menu down and kindly walk outNever said one word to me because the color of my skin was black... @panda gold Asian fusion...DO BETTER

Panda Gold's Chinese food is very very bad. They use leftovers.

I ordered shrimp and it was not done properly and then when I tried to return it because it only had 4 shrimps in The order ,and they charged. Me $16 with a whole lot of rice and vegetables. I Ask. If? I can get. A credit? Towards. My? Next. Order? The Lady. At the? Desk said yes. When I went to retrieve the $10 meal in replacement for the 4 shrimp for $16 she basically renegged on our agreement and ignored me. While I was in a rush to get to work. Bad service bad food not a place to do business thank you.

This was hands down the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I should have known when I walked in at 530 pm and there wasn't a sole inside and no takeout orders lined up. The food was wrong so we had to drive back and wait 15 minutes mind you no one else was there and wait for the order to be corrected. While we were waiting someone walked out with a bottle from the bar because there was no one there watching either. The glass door to come in was shattered not sure what that was about. When we got home we decided the taste and experience of the food was a disgrace and we'll never return again.

Good food, music, and bartender is great! And they have Pool!

Food was awesome and drinks are reasonable. Comfortable atmosphere and good staff. What more can you ask for?

Really good place for takeout. The food is always hot and fresh.

Don't even waste your money. The food was terrible. The rice was old and burnt and all the meat was dry and overcooked. Probably was old too. Save your money never go there!!

Such good food!! I’m not much of a Chinese food person but I go out of my way for Panda Gold! I would say it’s better than Chinatown only a few miles away.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I would have given them -5 star if there was an option to do so. Tonight, I ordered the chicken wings to go and was told 12 pieces per order (this was the 3rd time I order from them). I picked it up and when I got home there were only 8 pieces. I called them back to question why. The lady on the phone didn't even try to give me an explanation. Instead, she was yelling on the phone calling me a rascal. She accused me trying to defraud her after eaten 4 pieces myself. Crazy lady! My husband was so mad after listened to what she said on the phone and he drove back to the restaurant with me. I brought the order to the counter . Then a lady (she wears glasses, I believe she is the manager of the restaurant ) yelled again -- "who told you there has to be 12 pieces in an order?" "who knows if you ate any of them after you picked up the order or not? " I showed her what I got. She then said "as long as the to go box is full, we don't go by number of pieces. If 8 pieces fills up the box, then you get 8" I didn't want to waste my breath to talk with that wome anymore. I threw away the order right after I left the place. I've already lost my appetite after dealing with that women. If you want to be treated as a real customer and receive something called customer service, THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR YOU!!!

A few weeks ago dined at this restaurant. Service was very slow. Restaurant was empty with the exception of myself and 4 others who were with me. No one was in the bar side. (That should have been a tell tale sign ) Server handed out menus and was told that new menus were in the process of being printed. Therefore menu outdated and prices now became questionable. The portions were just okay and meals served close to lukewarm several dishes sent back to the kitchen. Lobster sauce with shrimp was soupy. They substituted the egg rolls with spring rolls without informing us. More concerned as to how the bill was being paid (cash or charge) No manager on duty to take charge of the situation. Have dined several times prior at this restaurant with hopes that it would get better. but never again.

The service was the worst I have ever had. The bartender was gone for about a half hour twice
