Awful customer service and awful bagel go somewhere else unless you like chewing on raw dough

I don't know if the new girl doesn't know or she just want to charge for toasting a bagel???? I always get my bagel toasted. She was going to charge my husband for toasting the bagel something we never paid for. I've been here for the past 3 years.

$6 for a single bagel with a schmear of cream cheese is ridiculous. Plus like others have said the bagels themselves are very large and doughy on the inside.

The bagels are enormous. The bakers need to make normal sized bagels.

I very desperately WANT to LOVE Life's a Bagel, but it's bagels are simply too big, too fat and too doughy to be top-tier. Also, they are a little bit stingy on the poppy seeds, onions and other bagel toppings. BUT their lox cream cheese is truly delicious!

Good bagels, but a little bread. Also, the egg and cheese sandwiches could really benefit from some hot sauce

Bagels are delicious, but a little pricey at $1.85 each. However, add butter to your bagel and the price jumps to $4.85. $3 for a spread of butter? 2 star review is solely based on pricing the spread of butter at $3.

Went in today to buy a bagel and a tub of cream cheese asked her to toast the bagel and I'll buy the cream cheese. She said we don't toast unless I put something on it. I'm buying the cream cheese from you. The dumbest rule I ever heard so if I was vegan I gotta eat a cold bagel every time. What a jerk she then asked if I wanted the cream cheese I'm like no thanks I'll just buy it at shaws next door then give it you. I should have stuck her with a cut bagel too she refused to toast. Not even sure what the argument is the cost if electric to run it through the machine?

Classic bagel shop that makes delicious NY-style, boiled bagels and home made cream cheese.
It’s quite expensive. Plus, they charge $2 to slice bagels and will only do so if you call ahead to place your order. They don’t have any vegan/tofutti cream cheese for sale. Expect a line out the door if going in the morning.

It's a hidden gem in Canton! The bagels are ridiculously big, but so good! They take cards but charge an additional fee, but at least they post that info so it's not a surprise.
