Customer service is terrible, not even a hello or a good morning or a smile. It’s like your bother them by being there. Retrain the woman that she’s representing your business up front, if not then obviously you don’t care about your business

I don't know if the new girl doesn't know or she just want to charge for toasting a bagel???? I always get my bagel toasted. She was going to charge my husband for toasting the bagel something we never paid for. I've been here for the past 3 years.
$6 for a single bagel with a schmear of cream cheese is ridiculous. Plus like others have said the bagels themselves are very large and doughy on the inside.

I very desperately WANT to LOVE Life's a Bagel, but it's bagels are simply too big, too fat and too doughy to be top-tier. Also, they are a little bit stingy on the poppy seeds, onions and other bagel toppings. BUT their lox cream cheese is truly delicious!
