Came here to get a couple of smoothies. Waited 5-10 minutes to order because their computer system was having an issue but staff barely addressed us. I ordered a smoothie that has protein powder in it on the menu but then was charger extra for protein. We were the first in line to order but it took 20+ minutes to get our smoothies. 5+ family’s behind us and pick up orders were made before they even started our drinks. Seems as if they only care about their bowls, as family’s of 4 were getting bowls in no time while we waited for our smoothies. The employees all stood around and yelled at each other. When we finally got our drinks they just placed them on the counter and gave no indication of which smoothie was which. Employees were very unapproachable.
Smoothies themselves were ok taste wise but very thin and watered down.
I frequent this playa bowl often. I always do an online order so I can just go in and pick up my order. Always fresh ingredients. Always get my order right, and because everyone in the house gets one I end up leaving with 4-5 bowls. Staff always pleasant, even if they don't have stickers out and I ask they always look and are nice about it. My daughter absolutely loves getting stickers here. Love the atmosphere, could be cleaner but you also can't follow behind people picking up after them so. Love this place. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back again and again.

My wife ordered a bowl here to be delivered to our work. The delivery was over an hour and a half late and she ended up leaving for the day before it was delivered. She called this location to ask for a refund and instead of providing good customer service, they hung up the phone on her. I ended up having to call the next day and asked to speak with a manager. The manager at this location was unhelpful, rude, and short with us. After explaining multiple times that the food was never delivered and we wanted a refund she handed the phone to another worker. I heard them talking and the worker told the manager she did not know why they wanted to speak to a manager at first, and then she asked the manager what she wanted her to do. Then she was asking about issuing a refund for it and what the manager wanted her to do. I heard the manager say on the phone to just hang up and instead of notifying us that a refund was or would be issued, they just hung up the phone on us. Thankfully, I do see a refund on our card, but this level of customer service is not acceptable.
