Sombrero's Mexican Restaurant

They don't make strong drinks at all. Paying for a margarita top shelf or not they are VERY stingy on the amount of alcohol. Treat your customers well so they will return and return often. Very disappointed as I have been to many Mexican restaurants and they are STINGY!!!!!! but that explains why it's always dead!! Very disappointed.

The drinks and the apps were great. We split a main course which was a taco plate that came with rice and refried beans which tasted surprisinglybland but overall a good experience.

watered down drinks...refused to replace refill. Food is okay...service was slow and unfriendly. There are better Mexican restaurants you can go to. This one is also expensive.

Food is delicious! One of the best Mexican restaurants in this area. The portion sizes are definitely towards the larger size. My husband and I usually split something. The margaritas are delicious with many flavors to choose from. Service is hit or miss. We've been here 4 times and most times service was good or excellent but we did have one bad experience if I'm being honest.

Drinks were good but food had zero flavor.

I had the pollo asada and chicken quesadillas they were absolutely excellent. Don't miss this spot

Genuinely, this is my new favorite restaurant. The atmosphere is great, and for food as good as this, how do they make it so fast? 10/10 restaurant.

I recently visited Sombreros in Canton and had a very disappointing experience. I had a gift card purchased directly from their website, but when I tried to use it, the manager on shift claimed they had never heard of such a thing and refused to honor it. Despite showing proof of purchase, they still wouldn’t assist in resolving the issue.

On top of that, the food was overpriced and didn’t come close to the quality I’ve experienced at other Mexican restaurants. The staff was friendly and great overall, but the lack of help from management and the quality/overpriced food was a dealbreaker. I won’t be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

August 2024: So I have been back here a few times since 2022. Service still very slow-food comes out at fast, but trying to get waitstaff for anything or to pay is horrible. Food still lacks flavor. Chimichanga's are fried but still somehow soft and mushy.
Paid cash and it even says cash on my bill but got charged a credit card fee and the server pointed out the total bill a couple of times and I gave more than the total and was waiting for my change. I think he expected me to just say ok and leave it for him, which at this point I was suspicious, so I waited for my change. There needs to be a better Mexican restauranin the Canton/Sharon area.

2022: Mexican food is my favorite, so I could be a food snob about this. Service started real good but got real slow once our food was in front of us. Took forever to get the bill and then have the waiter come back to get it.
Portions were good. Just thought my Fajita Chimichanga was lacking flavor. Chips and salsa given were good. I would go back again, but after trying out a few other places.
