The newly built Starbucks location features a clean, well-trained staff who are quick and pleasant, as well as adequate staffing. Customers can easily access the restaurant through the drive-thru or by walking in. This Starbucks is a nice place to meet up and is considered a top-notch location.
During busy times, the staff may appear robotic and provide a basic level of service, but customers do not expect much. The new drive-thru is a great addition, but even with just a few cars in the line, the wait can be over 15 minutes. Order ahead does not seem to make a difference, as the orders are prepared when the customer checks in at the microphone. This can lead to further delays, as the order may not be ready by the time the customer reaches the window.
The staff at the window are friendly and not yet burned out, but they have to manage both the counter and drive-thru when it gets busy, which can be challenging. The lesson learned is that if the restaurant is busy, it's better to walk in and pick up the order at the counter instead of waiting in the drive-thru.
