My cashier was very kind and pleasant. However, another young person was less than helpful and snarky. When asked who was making my coffees (2 black smalls) she replied, “somebody”, in a snarky way.
The place and counter was dirty. Baristas just ignored guests. My cashier was as great. I told her “I guess the other girl forgot that I was a paying customer. A shame.

Crazy slow. Why does it take 20 minutes to get 2 lattes and a danish? And this was before the lunchtime rush! I won't be coming here again.

Review is specifically based on early morning rush hour. Typical Starbucks location without the timely service. Frequently I have waited over 30 minutes for a latte. Last visit I just left without my drink. Do all you can do to avoid this establishment if you have a schedule to keep. There are local family run businesses serving good products that could use your business. FYI staff is friendly enough but lost in the hustle of the morning rush. This review I would say falls on owner / management.

Horrible service. Even when it was busy I was waiting 15min for 2 cake pops and nicely asked a few times and met with attitude and rudeness. Grow up and learn how to smile when someone is nice to you or don’t work there.

I ordered an iced coffee at the drive thru window. Drove a few miles away and took a sip of my iced coffee and wore half of a venti cup that spilled all over me while driving. The lid was not on the cup. After I pulled over and cleaned myself up I tried putting the lid back on my cup. It absolutely would not stay on the cup. I understand this is an issue everywhere . For the price of your coffee you should supply proper fitting lids for coffee. Good thing that wasn't a hot coffee or I would have been scalded. DO BETTER !!!!!!
I'll stick to Dunkin, never a lid problem there.

The blonde-haired girl working the drive through window around 12pm today is perpetually miserable. I work in a nearby building and my coworkers know her by her attitude… it’s become an inside joke between our entire staff at this point. Not a great look for the business. It’s understandable to be stressed during rush hours, but to act like customers are inconveniencing you by placing an order is completely unreasonable. So unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks near work.
out of the 6 years I’ve lived here in Stoughton. This Starbucks has always been my top pick. Service is great, they always get my order correct, and plenty of seats for work on my computer!!!

The employees are nice, atmosphere is good.
I can’t give a 5 star though, there have been a handful of times I’ve gone there for my favorite drink only to be told they ran out of the strawberry concentrate.
