Location is convenient, service is excellent, and the employees are all very friendly. I usually get a turkey sandwich and sometimes also a macadamia nut cookie.
My wife ordered a chicken salad sandwich. They took chicken cubes, dropped them on the bread, then squirted far too much of mayo on top of it. That's not how to make chicken salad. About a third of the lettuce in the cold bin was brown. They didn't drain the pickles or banana pepper before putting them in the sandwich, so the bread became a soggy mess. It was just bad. We've been to this Subway before and never had a bad sandwich. Don't know what went wrong this time. We were pretty disappointed.

Whenever I’m in Canton, MA, and in need of a quick bite to eat, I make it a point to stop be the SUBWAY sandwich shop in the Rocky’s ACE Hardware plaza on Washington Street. Unlike some other eateries (and even some other Subway locations), the food here is consistently fresh and tasty, the walls, tables, floors and rest rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are always cordial and welcoming (and, if you take the time to get to know them, about as warm and friendly) as anyone could ever hope for. In fact, two of the superstars of their crew have become friends of mine and my wife’s, and we look forward to seeing them each time we visit.So, if you’re in the Canton area and in need of a quick, healthy bite to eat, please feel free to stop in and tell Sonny and Shilpa that Doug referred you!

I got to subway at 9:15 and they were “closed” and a girl wouldn’t take my order. they are supposed to close at 9:30 not 9:15 . Absolutely ridiculous.

Stacey was working earlier today and is an absolute sweetheart. I was blown away by her professionalism and positivity. I hope a manager or superior reads this and recognizes her for going above and beyond.

Went in there to get food and refused me service and refused for me to use there public bathroom as I walk toward the hallway and told me to get out.!!! She was so rude will not be going to subway ever again. The girl was so RUDE!!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. MADE ME SO PISST NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT IM MY LIFE! ANYONE WHO READ THIS DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY! Didn't think I was going to get this type of treatment.
