This shop is good. The chicken ramen I ordered tasted pretty good.

Not quite Japanese but definitely fusion, Tama brings noodles, dim sum and apps to a quiet town. LOCATION: Tama and Dunks shares an entrance so look out for signs. Plenty of parking! The interior is pretty and very red which matches the theme. FOOD: I ordered the Tama Miso ramen which came with egg, chashu, ground pork, kimchi, tofu, corn, onion, scallion, and bamboo shoot. The kimchi was definitely odd but overall, a tasty bowl of noodles. My fellow diners also enjoyed their ramen as well. SERVICE: Quick and attentive.

We love Tama. My family orders take out here once a week, and they are consistently delicious. The pork pan fried dumpling, edamame, spicy salmon roll and classic and spicy ramen are our go to. But we have tried some other items, and everything is delicious. We are so happy Tama opened close to our house. There really aren't any decent restaurants in the Milton area, so we lucked out with this one. I highly recommend eating in, or getting take out. It's very clean and always friendly.

Tama is a great addition to a fairly desolate area of Canton. It's at the edge of Blue Hills and is right on the main drag, not too far from the highway and also near Trillium Brewing. They offer a variety of Japanese dishes including sushi, ramen, Teriyaki, rice dishes, and quite a few other things. They have a beautiful, long bar with plenty of seating and a decently sized dining room. The decor is sleek, and very red with beautiful lanterns hanging from the ceiling. It's a tad dark in there however with little to no natural light. The food itself is tasty - the crab Rangoon ($8.50) weren't traditional but tasted good and the pan-fried pork dumplings ($8.50) were excellent. I also really enjoyed the eggplant skewer ($4) cooked in the Kushiyaki style which I thought was awesome. The Tama TanTan ramen ($16.50) was interesting. It came with Spicy oil, egg, ground pork, onion, scallion, bamboo shoo, corn and overall it was a very solid bowl of ramen with excellent depth of flavor of the broth. The only puzzling element was the ground pork which I swear tasted like Italian sausage. My wife who had it agreed that it was a bit weird tasting and heavy on the fennel. It didn't feel traditional and while it wasn't bad, it also felt out of place. Service was attentive and friendly and I look forward to returning and trying out more of their ramen and other dishes.

This place was great. The food was excellent. There was a wide array of sushi, ramen, dumplings, veggies, and more (all delicious). The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the restaurant has a great aesthetic. Generally a lovely place! Definitely would recommend!

Wow, this might be my new favorite restaurant in the Boston area! And thanks to Yelp for guiding the way! I was trying to discover a new restaurant and came across this place! I decided to give it a try, purely based on Yelp!! Love the fact that they have Monday - Friday happy hour (food) menu from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. You can try a variety of appetizers this way! This is honestly should be the way "tapa style restaurant" be! Small portions with affordable prices! Not small portions with an expensive price tag. I know online it says happy hour until 6 pm, but the current menu reads 5:30 pm. Better show up early to be safe! I came here recently and was surprised how many people were here taking advantage of the happy hour prices! I'd definitely recommend the chicken wings, sushi taco, and takoyaki. The chicken ramen was just okay. The classic ramen was pretty good! I had the Hurricane drink, but honestly was very weak because I couldn't taste the alcohol. Staff here are so friendly. Lots of young kids/families here during my visit! Ambiance is great, but they do play pretty loud pop music here. It can get pretty noisy. Great indoor air quality (CO2 ppm around 600) during the entire visit, which was surprising given how crowded it was! The private parking lot is a little tricky to get to, since the entrance & exit is next to a busy street. Just make sure you find the Dunkin's sign, and then you will know the turn into the right lot!

This gem of a restaurant is getting busier every time I visit. The menu is more hot dishes than cold. Great ramen and noodle dishes. Nice vibe with a groovy soundtrack. Caters to the western part of Milton and Canton but easy to get to from 128.

It's very dark inside, like more than dimmed lights dark. There was only one waitress when we went to lunch so we had to wait a bit. Girl was moving her best! We got the seafood ramen. I love ramen, but this was just ok. The lobster tail was dry as heck like it was freeze dried or something and same with shrimp, so we wouldn't get that again. The mocktail was nice but pricey considering there was no alcohol in it.It's a pricey lunch if you're in the area for work. Save for dinner or after work hang out.Parking was okay; they share a lot with Dunkins.Parking: They are in the same lot as dunksWheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs so easy in and out the entrance door

Beautiful decor inside and one of the best curry ramen bowls I've had in years. We went here for a friend's birthday and had a large sampling of food, and liked each item we tried. I'd go more often, but it's pretty fast from our house.

This restaurant is going to be a big hit. Every one of their menu items is distinctly different enough.than all those out there. This is a very unique style of all Asian varieties, both Thai, Japanese, Korean and Chinese...Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground level

It's what's on the inside that counts. My wife and I have been here twice. Both times A+ dining experiences. Stepping inside you are transported from a crappy Dunkin' Donuts parking lot to a five star restaurant with city vibes. Dark with damask wallpaper the space is intimate. Outstanding drinks. I got the Painkiller as I do every time it's on a drink menu. My wife got the Geisha Girl. Tan Tan ramen is my go-to and this place does it right. As good as I've ever had. Today my wife got the sushi tacos and loved them. With all of the talk about these new Canton restaurants -- Nosh & Overpriced, Elsie's Teeny Tables, fluorescently-lit Takara (IN an actual Dunkin Donuts! --TAMA actually delivers an outstanding dining experience on every level. Gotta love an underdog.

Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Rich broth, melt-in-your-mouth Brussels sprouts, and noodles with the perfect chew. Not huge on the pop music playing, but to each their own.
