Beer is solid but having to wait in line for 20-30 minutes anytime you want a beer is completely unacceptable. They need more bars open and more bar tenders.

While the beer is fantastic, ordering food here is very frustrating. Over a 1 hour wait for food. We were told to wait for a text message to pick up our food, we never got a message and went to the counter to cancel our order, only to find our order was ready about 30 mins earlier and all the food was cold. Disappointing

Nice atmosphere but was really disappointed in the service. Server was rather cold. Told our table pizza would take about 15 min. It ended up taking 45min and he never came over to at least give us an update. When the pizza came, it was extremely disappointing. It was dry, and with almost no sauce. It was as if I was just eating cheesy bread. I have been to this location several times and each time it gets worse and worse. I would not recommend or go back.

super pricey for what your getting food wise but everything was good and service was quick

Per other reviews the brisket was very tough. Service was good but overall the price for the brisket sandwich, two beers and tip was way beyond the value received. Most likely will not return.

We went there, and they told us there would be an hour wait. They said they would text us and that we needed to arrive within 10 minutes of receiving the message. We arrived within 10 minutes of receiving the text, but apparently, the time the message was sent was not the same as when we received it, so we lost our spot. Even though we showed them the time we actually received the message, they refused to honor it and told us we had to wait another hour. They were rude and made us feel like we were lying.

This place has SO much potential to be fantastic. BUT, two major improvements they should implement:
1. They should offer flights and pony size beers- I was really surprised they didn’t. Every single brewery I’ve been to does.
2. They need more apps on the menu. The menu is severely lacking. Very limited. But they should at the very least have more appetizers!

We went last Saturday evening. There was plenty of parking, free, but we had to park a little way back because the place was pretty busy. Not a deal breaker and definitely not a problem when it's warmer. Plus, they are putting in Tesla chargers. They have chargers for other brands as well.
This place is huge! We walked past an area for outdoor seating and went through the entrance door. There was a host stand and an area for selling merch. We didn't realize the host stand was for getting a table. The tables are community style tables so I didn't see a need for being seated.
The community tables were pretty full, a lot of families, so we went to the very large bar area where you can sit at the bar or at the high top tables without going to the host stand. We managed to grab two seats at the bar as soon as people vacated them. Let me say, this is not a quiet place, nor did I expect it to be.
The drink menu was fantastic. I am not considered a real beer drinker, but my spouse is. I prefer wine or cocktails, but I will drink fruity or sour beers. I ordered a cocktail made with their own spirits that I really liked. The bartender/beertender was awesome and I had no complaints at the bar. We ordered wings and Parmesan fries which were both very good.
Now for the part I don't like to talk about, but I am a female, so I must. They have more than one bathroom. Yay! The one in the bar area had an airport style opening and the ladies room had 5 stalls, great! There were 2 sinks. Fine. One electric hand dryer. Why would you have that many toilets with 2 sinks and only one electric hand dryer? Hello? This is a ladies room where, hopefully, the females all wash their hands, but seriously, get some more drying options! Put in a paper towel holder in addition to the hand dryer.
Enough about that.
In conclusion, I believe we will go back even though it's a bit of a drive for us.
Cheers!

We went on a Sunday afternoon and went to the bar and ordered drinks. Even though the bar area was a little busy, we found 2 seats at the end. No problem. The beertenders/bartenders we had were both awesome. No complaints there at all. We wanted to order an early dinner of chicken wings and another appetizer but, they were out of chicken wings. We ended up ordering pizza. The pizza came out faster than I thought it would, which was great! It was good pizza. I won't say it's the best I've had, but it was good.
I'm going to finish by saying that I'm disappointed that after a full year since my first review and getting positive feedback from Trillium, I really thought I'd see more hand drying options in the ladies room, but no. One single electric hand dryer in the bar area ladies room and I had to wait to use it. There were only 2 other females in there at the time but with 5 stalls and only one electric hand dryer...well you know you're going to have to wait unless you're the only one in there.
Other than that, this place is great!

I tried the brisket. The brisket was not that tender. I should have had the smash burger instead.

The beers were good not great. But the ABV is impressive.

Some of the food took really long to come out.
It seems they specialize in pizza so I would go with that if I was to return.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and it seems like this place is falling apart. The leadership team needs to figure out how to keep their employees happy and the customers fulfilled. I would give them 5 stars but based on what's happening these past few months I just can't do that..... 0/5 stars if I could

Easy to eat and drink, but hard to find!
The food here is top notch and the beers are another level. I don't think they make a single bad beer. Their hazy IPAs are the kings amongst men. And their pizza can hold its own anywhere! The only part that is a little annoying is, and not the brewery's fault, is it is a little confusing to navigate from 93 into the place. Still I highly recommend this place.

Stay Tight

Food is overpriced garbage
The saving grace is the beer
I recommend drinking b4 ordering food
Want a good giggle? Order the 21 dollar nacho plate😂

Beers are expensive ($10), couches are no longer there so that’s a downside. I love breweries, but this is more like a restaurant. Seems like most of the tables have wait staff which is not my jam

Andi

Rude people, inexistent service. Wasted evening could've gone anywhere else and enjoyed a good time with our family and friends.

Tim Schneider

Poor service
