Ordered a large iced coffee and they didn’t put the lid on correctly so it spilt all over the car, provided with a small straw so after it spilt the straw couldn’t reach the coffee. Then I opened the bag to see my chocolate frosted donut was in fact a chocolate glazed donut. And it’s like the smallest donut they could’ve possibly gave me.

food was completely squashed in the bag it like they had a budget cut or something . we ordered a iced coffee and gotten a hot coffee. it’s written on the sticker it’s like they didn’t pass basic english class. overall terrible experience. if you want your order messed up please come down to this dunkin.

This is the best dunks I've been to. The service is always good the crew always pleasant. AND THEY MAKE THE BEST COFFEE ALL THE TIME. I wish it was close by I would be coming everyday.

Young curly haired kid sucks! Just get off the the phone and make my coffee.
Since they have gotten a new store manager, things have really gone off the rails. I stopped going in the morning. It's always hit or miss. They can't make a mocha latte correctly. I've gotten a few that we totally made wrong and just plain gross. Can't order a cup of hot chocolate with the app, but can order a box. App now says oatmilk isn't an option. Thank goodness for the afternoon staff. I can at least get a good beverage at the end of the day.

Don’t order ahead, you’ll be waiting at least 15-3inutes once you get there, then when you ask for your money back or you have to leave, they do t refund you; had to call the service line and speak to the app people to get a refund after waiting 30 minutes….consistently been poor for years at this location

Staff has the worse customer service I’ve seen in years. Coffees never come out correct, tea is always out of stock. Waiting over 20 minutes for a tea is insane. Management needs to do something 7 people currently in here and not a single person is happy or pleased with the service

You can't get more than a 1 star review from me, because you leave me and my son standing in the restaurant, staring at you, while my food is hiding behind the counter. You have a mobile order area.... use it. Same tall blonde oblivious girl has been there for months
