The crew at this location are always smiling and friendly. I came in today to pick up my mobile order and found a handwritten note in my bag saying. "Have an amazing day Emmett, DD Crew" Made my day!

I patroned this Dunkin yesterday 8/20 and took a hard fall on the parking curb. An employee came out to help me instantly, she checked on me and bandaged me up she’s a LPN I didn’t catch her name but wanted to thank her again for her care and patience. If the owner/manager sees this review please kindly send her my thanks and know she’s a great person and I am sending my sincerest appreciation to her.

Dunks has the best tea ever.However, why can't they incorporate a couple of healthy choices.Everything in their racks causes obesity and hearts.How about a veggie wrap made with egg whites. You can buy egg whites when you order egg wraps.

Nice staff, but it doesn’t make up for their pitiful excuse for donuts. They actually dropped the “ Donuts” off their name, apparently because they were so embarrassed by the quality of them….Better off going to Honey Dew to get real donuts.

Idk who the two ladies working afternoons are , but they were nothing but a pleasure to speak with , and my sandwich ( and coffee) were acceptionally delicious , prepared accordingly , and hot to the touch which is never the case with most dunkins !! Give them a raise nobody tries anymore and I literally had to pull out Google to say this because I was blown away lol.
Just ordered a medium ice with 2 cream. The coffee I received was pretty much all cream. Just don't understand why simple directions can't be followed

The service I got from Pam and Ashley over the last few months have been amazing never had a bad order from either, and whenever I left they always had a smile on their faces and telling me to have a nice day. It's okay. It's a Dunkins. Unfortunately usually understaffed for the volume in the mornings & other peaks, so don't be surprised when the drive-through is out into the street & the inside, out the doors. (or your orders rushed together). Is what it is, If you hit it right..
