Go here all the time! Staff is always friendly and always working their butt's off. Food/drinks always great. Seen some ridiculous other customers though. People need to chill somtimes. I see Miss Gabriella all the time and she makes my coffee perfect. Keep it up dunkin.

My mobile order item was not available due to machine being cleaned. I ordered something else and the lady was so nice to give me an extra donut for my inconvenience. It wasn't necessary but very kind of her. We go here often and the service is Hit or Miss but it's convenient.

5 solid minutes to order a hot chai latte and a maple sugar bacon sandwich. I'm not including the time waiting in line. This guy had no idea what he was doing. He went to get help 3 times. It's not exactly cheap either. It was almost $10 for those two items. Dunkin' what are you doing!? Train your staff! Especially for the morning rush.

The renovation got rid of everything that made this Dunkin cool and unique. No more chairs to sit in. No more awesome looking mural that depicted the Dunkin’ Donut’s history. It’s pretty disappointing.

I go to this location 5 days a week and I am treated like royalty ! There are a lot of complaints here but people are quick to lash out and do not take into consideration that these are people that work here and it’s not an easy job I know I couldn’t do it, a little patience goes a long way and it’s just coffee not a heart transplant !

It's always a hassle when you have to get a refund through the app because it takes a week or longer to get resolved.

Love this Dunkin'. I'll typically come here twice a week. It gets busy as they're right off the highway. The way the parking lot & drive-thru are set up, there is usually plenty of room to park & drive out even if it is busy with the drive-thru line backed up. The staff do their best to get everyone in & out while providing great customer service. I use mobile ordering & never have issues with my orders. Food usually comes out nice & hot - sometimes the wake-up wraps aren't assembled the best, but I can fix that myself. One time, they didn't have the ingredients to make the chai latte I wanted, so they suggested an alternative with what they did have & threw in 2 free donuts for the inconvenience.
