Loved this little bakery. The cupcakes were fresh and not overly sweet. Nice appearance and texture. The shop was clean and well managed. Love that they donate any left over food to the pantry. The service was polite and friendly.

Got my wedding cupcakes and cake here. I wanted a few roses on my small wedding cake but was told no and that it would not look right. I was told to go buy fake flowers and they would put them on the cake. I made a couple phone calls nearing my wedding just asking to please put some flowers on there and that’s what I wanted and was told the flowers would crack, and said to just leave the fake flowers out for them to put on my cake when they dropped it off on wedding day. When I showed up to my wedding I found that my cake did not have the fake flowers on it OR the cake topper that they had told me to leave out for them and that they would put them on. I had to have a family member quickly put it on before everyone went into the reception. After a phone call the lady said she didn’t see the flowers anywhere… when they were left on one of the tables in the hall clear as day. If she couldn’t find them… then why not call me and ask? Why just leave the cake plain with none of the things you told me I needed to get. Definitely one of the worst experiences during my wedding process I’m actually in shock by how everything was handled & mind blown I paid someone to decorate my cake…and then we ended up having to decorate it ourselves minutes before the wedding.

My daughters “two-tti frutti” birthday cake was cuter than we could have imagined! The cake was beautiful and so delicious! The custom sugar cookies were also great. Highly recommend For Goodness Cakes and we will continue to use them for all of our future occasions

Filthy / Walked Out. First in the door when they opened. Notice immediately floor dirty and not the cleanest place. Girl by herself. We were going to order two cakes. As she was writing, noticed her fingernails were chewed down and very dirty. A customer then walked in for brownies etc, let her get in front of us. Girl picked up deserts with her dirty hands. Now back to discussing ordering our cakes. Another customer comes in, girl asks is the other customer can go first or can we come back? Are you kidding me? That was enough. Filthy place, dirty hands, asking us to allow the other customers to go first. Walked out. Should have walked out earlier. Board of Health should make a visit. Saturday May, 8, 2021.
