went through drive through. Spoke loudly, return voice was soft. So I asked for clarification. The response I got was "drive up". 10" wait with one car in front of me. I got the wrong size drink, got a sandwich instead of a breakfast burrito. I was not about to correct them in the line. at that point I'll take what I am given. there were now 5 cars behind me. Not a good experience.

I politely asked for the lady who took who was taking my order to not make my food herself because she had said she was sick she got offended and was very rude after that I don't feel I was wrong for that request I feel if you are sick you should be handling other people's

First and last visit to a Honey Dew..early morning and the donuts were stale already..cream donut had very little cream and the honey glazed was tasteless..coffee was bitter..Dunkin is pretty bad but Honey Dew is worse..
but on the positive side, the counter service was pleasant...

Whoever was working the window and taking orders on sunday morning 9/3 had the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I've been working in fast food for over 4 years and her attitude was by far the worst. She was rude taking my familys order and then when i brought it up at the window she continued to be rude and slammed window in my face. I understand everyone has bad days but as a manager of a fast food restaurant myself her behavior is unacceptable and she should not be treating anyone like that especially people she does not know. I think someone needs to remind her how she should treat the public regardless if shes having a busy day because if she was my employee i would be speaking to her already.

If the drive thru girls are going to be snarky and not want to do their jobs tell them to make sure the headset is off while making remarks. When I was done with my order I said thank you and went to drive up. As I was pulling away I heard them say “she should’ve just gone to Dunkin’s”. From now on I will be going to Dunkin, where I don’t have to deal with 16 year olds that don’t have an attitude.

Great selection of bagels & beverages. I love the jalapeño cheddar bagels & flavored Red Bull drinks. The staff are always very friendly! Download the app to earn rewards for free items. The drive-thru at this location is a little confusing at first — LOL. You have to do a U-turn from the ordering speaker to the drive-thru window.
