So I live right up the street from you guys and it’s almost every other time we go there is always something wrong. I went here last night for dinner and they forgot to give me a medium sprite that came with my order. The staff were rude when I tried to ask for it and when I got home I realized that the Frappè I ordered was a medium… I ordered a large so they charged me more for it. When you call this branch they don’t have an active phone number to call, I have a feeling that they receive too many complaints that they disabled their phone so people couldn’t leave complaints. The time I ordered before they forgot 3 burgers in my order and I only ordered 5 burgers.. not all for me it was for me, my grandmother, my aunt, and my little brother. The 3 burgers included 1 Big Mac, and 2 quarter pounders. The staff are ideally rude whenever I go inside but there have been a couple times where they are extremely nice though.

Used the mobile app! Had varying experiences with the inside dining here (no fault of the staff, they're all trying hard). The pro play is to head there, put the mobile order in and listen to some tunes while they prepare it.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've waited through many bad orders to write this. Our large fries had maybe half. My big Mac had 2 patties together with 2 buns on top of it. How lazy and stupid do you have to be? At this point, it's on me for continuing to visit. I will not any more. These employees are some of the most inept I've ever experienced, and they want $20 per hour. You don't deserve $7.

This McDonald's used to be the best one you could ever go to about a year ago. Now for some reason if you feel like bringing your family to this place past 6 you get ice cold fries. Sandwiches that arnt made right at all. And the worst customer service you will ever get. Had a major problem a few months ago and i contacted the owners office about it and they reassured that management will be profected/fixed. Got nothing but worse. On the plus side. Atleast they didnt mess up my dogs wip cream cup

10 pm in desperate need of an MnM McFlurry and rather than saying the ice cream machine is broken like anybody else would do, this worker made a MnM McFlurry from a vanilla milkshake and mnms then proceeded to even ask my if I wanted whipped cream and obviously I did. Whoever you are we need more people in this world like you 10/10 special human being.

Service extremely slow. Took like 45 minutes for 2 happy meals and a quarter pounder. The employees really don't take care of the restaurant. They look at you standing at the register like you're invisible. Both hand sanitizers are out. Receipt paper is out on the order kiosk. This McDonald's need some major changes
