My kids didnt get a toy with happy meal and when i asked for the toys they told me they ran out! Didn’t offer anything in exchange. Equipment kept breaking so people orders were messed up. Soda was gross… sweet tea wasnt sweet at all… my kids called it a “fake” McDonald’s… they are 4-6 yrs olds

A 12 car wait at the drive thru is un acceptable especially when people are getting small orders. I have waited 15 min and watched at least 5 cars leave due to the line. The owners need to train their people better for a fast food establishment. Maybe due to the repeated low reviews here they dont care. If this keeps up it will be quicker to drive to middlboro.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area they do not follow their posted hours at all mobile ordering is available until 1145 pm on the McDonald’s app but the store employees informed me that they stop making mobile orders at 11pm I’ve also had issues with this location not accepting a mobile order an hour and half after the store opened because the manager was an hour and a half late and the only person working couldn’t speak English or use the register to process the order. This location is unbelievably unprofessional

So I live right up the street from you guys and it’s almost every other time we go there is always something wrong. I went here last night for dinner and they forgot to give me a medium sprite that came with my order. The staff were rude when I tried to ask for it and when I got home I realized that the Frappè I ordered was a medium… I ordered a large so they charged me more for it. When you call this branch they don’t have an active phone number to call, I have a feeling that they receive too many complaints that they disabled their phone so people couldn’t leave complaints. The time I ordered before they forgot 3 burgers in my order and I only ordered 5 burgers.. not all for me it was for me, my grandmother, my aunt, and my little brother. The 3 burgers included 1 Big Mac, and 2 quarter pounders. The staff are ideally rude whenever I go inside but there have been a couple times where they are extremely nice though.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've waited through many bad orders to write this. Our large fries had maybe half. My big Mac had 2 patties together with 2 buns on top of it. How lazy and stupid do you have to be? At this point, it's on me for continuing to visit. I will not any more. These employees are some of the most inept I've ever experienced, and they want $20 per hour. You don't deserve $7.
