Went over to order my breakfast sandwiches. I use the mobile app, show the kid at the register and he didn't know how to do it ( if you use the app it goes away after a minute or so) He brought over the so called manager.... I told her I showed him the code, by then forget it and she says sorry I can't do anything about it in a awful tone. I said well your the manager so you should just override it. Nope she didn't and just looked at me! I ended up walking out! Meanwhile the kid at the register was not even trained or seemed to not speak good English. Im all about helping but the entire process was just BAD! Won't be going there anymore. Bad Service

A few years back I went to the carver McDonald’s with my dad. I ordered a cheeseburger and when I took a bite I knew something was off. A second later i pulled out a nasty hair out of my mouth. Me and my dad were disgusted so my dad asked if we could get a new burger. We got a second burger and that one had a hair in it too. This time my dad raised his voice and asked for another burger. The third one had a hair in it too this time my dad demanded a refund and they gave us it for free. Now guess what the 4TH BURGER HAD A HAIR IN IT. We couldn’t believe it MY DAD DEMANDED TO TALK TO THE CHEF. When the chef came out he had hair so long that it hit the floor and he made some stupid excuse about how the manager never told them they had to wear hairnets. Me and my dad just cussed them out and left. Let’s just say we will never be coming back to the carver McDonald’s.

I come to this McDonald’s infrequently because they usually don’t get your order right. Some people are friendly, some not. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but had to leave a poor review after my experience today, as it wasn’t the first one.They ask me to park after going through the drive through. Wait 10 minutes when it wasn’t busy. Lady comes out asks what I ordered. I told her my order, she looks in the bag, shoves it into my hands and walks away without saying a word. I usually check my orders, but because she literally looked in the bag before handing to me, I didn’t today. I get home and see it’s not what I ordered.Couldn’t believe the rudeness and incompetency. I feel bad for the good people that work there.

They gave our whole house food poisoning! Do not go to the McDonald's in Carver! It's not worth fighting for the bathroom all night! Not only that but they NEVER get the orders right. They need to seriously either shut them down or find some competent managers that won't allow bad food to leave with customers!

Terrible, asked for a plain cheeseburger and it was not also asked for bacon on a quarter pounder and none !!! Seriously they suck here.

Just the Carver location something going on they need to get it together, either need more training or under staffed! The drive through is terrible with wait times I have never seen so many customers actually leave the drive through even after ordering there food not knowing how long it was going to take to actually get to the front! ?Then I finally get to the front & am told to pull forward into the drive through parking spot & waited an additional 15min for cold food on top of it. Only fast food place I consistently have to wait long times & use the parking spot to wait even more. Foods good when if not cold if you like McDonald's but make sure you got everything you ordered lol. I feel like I only continue going to this location out of convenience because it's the closest to were I live. I should just go out of my way ugh

Took 45min in order pick up just for everything to be wrong. Took forever to correct the order and actually get the right food. Oil for the fries definitely hasnt been changed in awile fries tasted gross don't bother going here unless you got time to spare.
