Ordered delivery from their newly-updated website. Very easy to use, allowed me to place my order well in advance for later delivery. Only problem was the delivery came about 1/2 hour after it was supposed to. The good news is, the pizzas were great. We’ve ordered from Santoro’s for over 30 years, and the food quality has definitely improved recently. Will definitely be back.

I’m making this review just because I just read the laughable one about the 2 pieces of cheese on a large sub freak out and had to give my opinion on this place. First off, I love his reply back and standing up for himself and his employees. (Customers aren’t always right) Second, I live in Halifax close enough to the Halifax Santoros that we usually order from, but one day I accidentally ordered from carver for delivery and they went out of their way to still deliver to us (he said I was just on the line but so polite) He even forgot something and insisted he was going back to get it for us. Then I tasted the food and was shocked at how much better it was from the one next to us. When the driver returned I told him if he was ok with us ordering from them from now on and he laughed saying absolutely! Everything was fresh, full of toppings and cooked well. Debating if I wanna break my diet and order tonight now lol Keep up the good work! -Kelly
We spent $52.00 on a large sub, mozzerella stick and a small calzone... There was 2 pieces of turkey on the large sub!!!!!!! 2 pieces of cheese on the LARGE sub!!!!!!!!!! Almost no pickles and jalapenos on the sub when we asked for EXTRA of both.Why whould you EVER spend good money on SKIMPY subs?!?!?! We could get this quality at Subway!!! If you value your money i HIGHLY SUGGEST you do not waste your money at this place!!! SANTOROS, YOU OWE ME!!! I SUGGEST YOU REDEEM YOURSELF AND REMAKE MY ORDER (WHICH I WILL PAY FOR) AND SAVE YOURSELF A REPEAT CUSTOMER WITH REPEAT BUISNESS... SMH...Edit: when confronted with a legitimate complaint online thru the review process, the owner (instead of meeting my challange and supplying a paying customer with a sufficient order) (which i clearly said i would pay for) replied to my review with snideful remarks. Saying that i MUST be a "competitor or Spam"...I am simply a paying customer.... A customer who paid $51 for a large sub, an order of mozzerella sticks and a calzone.When did it become standard practice to OVERCHARGE for garbage food and then blame the customer for your HORRIBLE food and service... DO BETTER!!!I understand as a buisness owner tou are upset with my review. But you need to spend more time in your pizza shop overseeing your workers to make sure they are making your food well so you can keep local homeowners in Carver happy so we continue to frequent your establishment. Since they took down my review . I will post it back everyday!!! Pizza is gross . Dough had no FLAVOR at all . Pizza slices looked stale and dry !! Coke was Flat too. Front people weren't using gloves or washing hands after they touched the register and guests cards than touching the slices of pizza. Floor wasn't clean nor the tables.
No gyros are available! Slices of pizza are as stale as it can get.
