This place was noisy, crowded and dirty. Dining tables were dirty. The young woman who waited on us moved slowly, spoke so softly I could not understand what she said, even after asking her to repeat herself. Her body language, facial expression and demeanor made it clear to me that she resented her job as well as her customers. I was charged $3.35 for an off-brand bottled water that I actually discarded due to a bad taste! A lemonade cost $3.69 for my traveling companion. Marinara sauce was individually priced at $.89 each on top of $7.69 for a "cup" of pretzel nuggets with pepperoni that were barely passable as food. I'm surprised that there weren't separate billings for napkins and plasticware. I do not recommend this stop! Ticket #9784407251
Fresh pretzel nuggies for our road trip. The service could be better. Only thing the lady said to me was to try to up sell me some dipping sauce.
I had a terrible experience at this location. I went there with my kids and four of her basketball teammates, who all wanted small cinnamon nuggets. When the girls tried to order, the cashier claimed they didn’t have any, even though one of the girls had already purchased some. Later, one of the mothers attempted to order, and the cashier outright refused to sell them.
When they eventually decided to make the cinnamon nuggets, the cashier deliberately unplugged the register and claimed the system was down, saying it would take 10–15 minutes to reboot. Her attitude throughout the entire process was rude and dismissive, not just toward us but also to customers before us.
This was a horrible experience overall. A store should aim to serve customers, not turn them away. If employees can’t handle basic customer service with respect and professionalism, they shouldn’t be working there. I would advise to look at your camera footage to see how she purposely unplugged the computer.

Ghetto staff
Good quality snack taken down by the complete lack of customer service. The attitude of all the staff is one of complete disdain for all customers.
I will be calling corporate I stop in all the time and they usually make an order no problem I don’t mind waiting I walked in and two ladies rudely told me this is all we have and that’s it I said I don’t mind waiting she said I’m not making anything with an attitude would like to be heard from the manager but will be contacting corporate
Michael and Mercy who work at Auntie Anne’s at the Charlton rest stop are the greatest!! I was disappointed that they had run out of the tiny pretzel dogs. A couple of minutes later, they called me over and gave me a fresh new batch they had just prepared!! They said they really try to please their customers!! Really nice people and great employees!!
Worst place ever! There’s never workers there! Do not go there ever, it’s a waist of time
