Good quality snack taken down by the complete lack of customer service. The attitude of all the staff is one of complete disdain for all customers.

The people who work here do not know how to use the mixing bowl so they mix their pretzel dough and the machine makes a thunderous clanging noise that fills the entire food hall. They could clamp the bowl into place so that it wouldn't make this hideous noise but the just ignore it. Since it probably drives away all of the customers and keeps them less busy that's probably just fine with them as they don't seem to have a very strong work ethic to begin with if they will let this happen.

You guys are crooks. How you are still in business is beyond me. I travel the Mass pike often between Ct, Ma and NH and I do enjoy your product but this is beyond ridiculous.

Awful. The customer service was horrendous and I will never visit this location again. How hard is it to take orders for pretzels? Disappointing.

The Charlton east one is horrible. For the past six months they have a lazy guy sitting on a stool who has hardly any pretzels made. He always has a few or the same plain version and they are always burnt. This place has gone to the dogs. Not wasting my time there anymore.

Michael and Mercy who work at Auntie Anne’s at the Charlton rest stop are the greatest!! I was disappointed that they had run out of the tiny pretzel dogs. A couple of minutes later, they called me over and gave me a fresh new batch they had just prepared!! They said they really try to please their customers!! Really nice people and great employees!!

It's rare I give such a poor review but the service was pretty horrible. Wetzel Pretzel is my favorite of all pretzel shops so when I saw this one inside the service stop area I was excited! When I asked the associate if they had any pretzels (because the place is a pretzel shop) she was so rude in answering. It was hard to hear her because we both had on a mask but she was not interested in being any helpful and bad an attitude. There were only two cups in the display with pretzel bites so I was trying to understand if that was all they had available or if pretzels were in the oven. Sadly we just had to walk away. She was the only one working so maybe she was just having a hard day. The bites did look fresh however ...would have been nice to try them.

We like their pretzel bites, but during the covid issue, we've been at the eastbound I 90 rest stop and they are not wearing masks!Sorry, no more business, probably not just from us either, as all other food servers were wearing masks and had lines, unlike an I'd w no customers in line when we've been there

If they ever close down, I'll play the song Anne-other One Bites The Pretzel Crust in their honour. But so far, so good, and after all, it's a good location for a pretzel stand, possibly even better than a mall location (which is where I usually see these). Located at the rest stop heading west on the Massachusetts Turnpike is this pretzel stand, in a little overpriced plaza along with a lot of other chain places. I've only been here once and I won't be coming back again, sadly. This was a place where the server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was here. As a little test I asked a couple of questions and they couldn't have been less helpful. So I skipped out on the lemonade that I was going to get and decided not to come back. At least it's here if you want average pretzels and hyper sweet lemonade.
