Cashier was friendly. They had a lot of food in the glass case, went around 6:45. No wait for the food. Pretzels were mildly warm but barely. There was a ton of salt, definitely needed water after the pretzel.

Came in wanting some cinnamon pretzel. Was told they don’t have any and aren’t making any. I of course insisted and had to wait 15 mins for one even though they were making some and hadn’t put salt on them yet. Very disappointed in this location. Edit: out wayyyy to much cinnamon on the pretzel. Also I had asked, as previously mentioned, for A cinnamon pretzel. Instead I was charged extra for a cup of pretzel nuggets which was way more than I wanted. Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Maybe if the cashier actually fully spoke English then this wouldn’t have been an issue.

False advertising and terrible customer service.Ordered an item on the menu and the lady looked at me like I had three heads and shook her head 'no'. It shouldn't be on the menu if it isn't an item they offer. The lady was rude about it and didn't srem to care one bit.

Avoid at all costs. The cashier is rude and told us that they are closed. After 5 min I saw that some other people are ordering. So, went to talk to them. Couldn't find manager and the employee refused to give her name...Not sure how they are in business. Not sure if Auntie Anne's knows about it...I see others also left similar experience.
Avoid at all costs! There were two Hispanic women working when I came in around 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday. One was rolling dough and the other one was the cashier. The cashier was incompetent and rude! When I asked what flavors they had available, she said they only had "sal y cinnamon."
Once I chose my order (which was very limited as they only had original/cinnamon pretzels or hot dogs available), she refused to accept my auntie Anne's reward number, saying she only takes cash or card. When I tried to explain that she can type in my reward number, she scoffs at me rudely saying cash or card. Later, she refused to give me a receipt saying she already closed the order (I only knew this because the guest behind me translated her Spanish to English for me).
@corporate
How do you have a cashier who doesn't speak English and then also doesn't know how to work her own register to print a receipt?
The pretzel itself had been sitting there a while and I've definitely tasted much better pretzels at other locations. I would avoid this auntie Anne's at all costs and its rude workers! how hard is it to hire and train competent workers??!! At the very least, If they can't speak English, they can at least be friendly!!

Went to stop in at 9:20am (says they open at 9) the 2 ladies working were rolling dough. One put her hand up and said not open and turned away. Looks like they should have been there earlier to have stuff prepped for 9 when they opened. Not getting there at 9 to start making dough and rolling at 9:20. They still have to bake everything too. Wouldn’t recommend stopping in until at least 10am - no service, no food, and rude employees is all you’ll get.
