Horrible service. Tried saving time by calling while driving home on the pike.20 minutes. No answer. When I got there there was no line, and 3 people working. Get rid of your phones. Or hire competent workers who can answer a phone and take an order. WOW

Ordered a BBQ chicken and cheese and was served a corpses that was covered in Sweet Baby Ray's. Besides looking like a dumpster fire it tasted like summer harbor trash. Foulest 26 bucks I've ever spent. I'd rather dig the trash out of the dumpster at the end of the night, honestly would be better I bet

Ordered a pastrami and Swiss…sad excuse for a sandwich. Had the worst stomach pain of my life and then crapped my brain out a couple hours later. All I can say is that this place was atrocious.

Took forever and had not organization. People that came after me were getting their sandwiches before me. Top slow too like the workers hated to be there. The experience sucked. The food was not that great

My mother and I both ordered lobster rolls. I ordered a medium and my mother ordered a small. The cashier who took our order shared with us that the small would be 6 inches, and the medium would be 9 inches. The sandwich my mother received was almost empty and the exact same size as the one I ordered. When I went back inside to make them aware of the situation, the kind cashier (who just seemed confused, and poorly trained) went to speak with the manager. I was able to watch that degrading interaction from the counter. She explained the situation to him and without even looking at our food, he said “it’s pre-portioned” and sent her away as he brushed her off. She came and reported this back to me. To which I asked to speak with him. I stood there for a few minutes and he came out repeating the same poor excuse before I could explain the situation to him. As I attempted to explain the situation, he interrupted me by trying to explain the difference between the roll and the sandwich, which wasn’t relevant. When I further tried to explain my issues with the service, product, and expectation of what we were told the food would be, HE TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OFF! This is unacceptable.

I am so glad they are still making the Thanksgiving Toasted sub, they are so delicious. It was worth stopping in.

The server was very nice as was the preparer who brought my sandwich from the back. I ordered the Number 9 steak sandwich in a pocket, something I ordered a fair number of times when I had a D'Angelos in my neighborhood years ago. This one was generous with its ingredients, but the shaved steak was just too stringy and a bit tough for me. Is the quality of the meat lower than it used to be or are my teeth not as tough as they used to be? Who knows? I wouldn't hesitate to stop here for something else on their varied menu, but I guess it is time to put the Number 9 sandwich in my rear view mirror, just in case.
