Walk in to place an order for some drinks, get told not taking any more customers. Check my watch, 4:50. Place closes at 5. Two other people walked in behind me for Dunks as well. No closed sign, no indication they're closed early. I get it you want to be out of there and it's been a while since I worked retail but closing down and stopping all sales before your official time was always a no go. I rarely go to this Dunks but did so out of convenience. Guess I just won't bother in the future. I'll drive up town even if it's out of my way.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Only one person taking and making everything.. the guy had a bad attitude was swearing and very rude.. coffee tasted like very sugary water and the sandwiches were cold cold... This and the Rutland dunks are the worst dunks outta the 100+ I have been to all over the U.S!!

I ordered food and a drink on the app. The drink was fine, though took about 15 minutes to get. But when I go to pickup my food the worker said they don't have any of the things I ordered. No wrap, no hashbrowns, no donut. She then said I couldn't just get a refund, I have to go through a claims process on the app.

The place leaves a lot to be desired, but to no fault of the minimum wage workers behind the counter. They have very few staff, and the spot is prime for pretty big breakfast rushes since it connects the center of Charlton to Route 20. The food is bad because Dunkin food itself is low quality, nothing to do with how it's prepared.

This place is as consistent as Dunkin'. Donuts has ever produced. The young lady who manages or runs that place daily on her own is a godsend. She helped me with an app issue. that was at hand made me feel at home. Small talk was amazing. Being I was from out of the area, she picked up on it pretty quick. This is my go to spot from this time forward anytime I am in this area of Massachusetts from Texas. Have a good day.

Its the younger kids working there that make this such a horrible experience . Every morning i stop in before work , the skinny young white kid with the tight pants always has on an aggravated face & attitude . Ask for something and i get the grunts, heavy sighs and mumbling under his/her breathe. I say good morning and or try to be friendly and get absolutely nothing but a stank face smh his demeanor has never once changed since hes started workin there as i said i stop in every morning before work . 3am . Kids these days , no respect , no morals , no drive or determination its sad .

If you see the short haired lady working behind the counter, just turn around and leave. Horrible attitude almost every single time I go in there if it’s busy. Last time I got in line and she shouted to me across the store NO FOOD! Because she doesn’t want to deal with it on a busy day. If you do get a coffee from her chances are it will be completely wrong. Just go to the Dunkin’s 3 minutes away on rt.20.

The kind, colorful human working here was super courteous and our coffee and food was prepared perfectly. Thanks! If only the liquor store stopped keeping stock in your bathroom, customers could use it!
