For all you people that go hear after church Sundays this dunkin donuts refuses to let there employees to practice religion and when they do manager take them off work scudual till there forced to quit and there main office don't care as well managers a gerk

I have never been treated so poorly by the dunkin donuts in my life. The worker that is working right now argued with me and called me a liar. She handed me a damaged cup and it spilled in my car. ( I did not know it was damaged until I tried to put it down and the cover came right off). She tried getting the person working at the gas station involved but she was outside. I asked for the managers name and she pointed to some signs om the a all. And as I was getting into my car she smiled through the window and waved to be a smartass!!!!!! She was very disrespectful and I very disappointed and pissed off on how I was treated!!!!!!! This was the cup she gave and said that I did this..... seeiously????? What a joke! I am very dissatisfied.i would like they manager to look at the camera because I will be back to speak with the manager

Honestly, One of the best dunkin’s around. Very friendly but sometimes makes my drink wrong. I can’t have caffeinated drinks and sometimes they give me full caffeine drinks and it makes me sick.

Ordered a large coffee and got a medium coffee in a large cup. When I asked for the coffee to be made correctly the supervisor stopped the girl and rudely told me I'd have to pay extra for a full cup of coffee because I asked for less Ice.
Horrible service. Crap like this is literally why I avoid going to Dunkin if I have other options.

When visiting this location 4 out of 5 they can’t process the order correctly. Another time today! Paid for an on-line order and didn’t receive it correctly! Should I have to drive back there to have it corrected. NO I SHOULDNT ! Don’t know what’s wrong with this location or maybe people can’t read! It’s frustrating. Slow service, whether it be inside or drive thru. They make your coffee incorrectly 9 out of 10 times. Waste of time and money, might as well stop down the street at McDonald's. Cheaper, quicker, and at least they will get your order correct.

Ok, we all know DD is the go to place for a good cup of coffee, however what people never talk about is: there is absolutely no consistency between each and every DD, I mean each one, as far as their coffee goes, it's either bad, decent or incredibly good. And to put a spin on this: depending who's making the coffee that day. In other words one day a given location will be great, the next day, not so great. That's why DD didn't earn 5 stars, to me. Forget Starbuick ( play on the name) their coffee is not worth the outrageous amount of money, seriously what is their cups lined with gold? Anyway, DD is my go to place, good coffee at affordable price. However, what's up with the donuts, are they smaller or am I hallucinating?
