It's hard to imagine that amateurs could turn out such a beautiful product, but Liz helps you do it. She was so patient and took the time to explain the proper techniques to use so you end up with a product that you are proud of and amazed by - even the men on my team were so impressed by their unknown skills. My team was so happy how this event turned out and it was a highlight to our holiday season. I recommend this for your next teambuilding event or friends get together.

I planned a 16th birthday party for my daughter last minute and I can not bake! I needed a cake to present and wanted something unique, Elizabeth was nothing but nice and accommodating to me. The cake came out awesome, I sent her some pics of my daughter with the marching band for inspiration and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the result. I showed up at the wrong time to pick up the cake, but Elizabeth was very gracious about it and made me feel as though I was welcome to be there. I highly recommend her if you can get a spot, she’s busy!

We attended Elizabeth’s summer cookie decorating class and it was amazing! She is a very good teacher, conveys the information well and provides one on one guidance. She’s so patient and supportive! 5 Glowing stars!My two friends retired, so we planned a party. They bought a camper and they are hitting the road!One these friends LOVES key lime pie.A friend of theirs made custom graphics for their camper.Before I found Liz's bakery, I had already ordered custom cookies from a different baker to match the camper graphics. When those cookies arrived, they were well made but when I tasted one of the "extra" cookies...they tasted like soap =(With VERY SHORT notice, Liz was able to add custom cookies to the key lime pie I ordered through her bakery.Liz did an OUTSTANDING job on the cookies with design and taste and my friend commented, "This is the best key lime pie I ever tasted." I don't really like key lime pie myself, but..yeah...the pie was tasty!Highly recommend Liz's bake shop.And thank you Liz, the cookies and pie were a HIT!!!
