Massachusetts Pike! Our choices were Pizza, McDonald's or fresh City. We chose fresh city and were not disappointed. The bread was fresh and crispy, and the sandwhich (caprese) was delicious!

It was 6:00 pm when I was passing through Charlton and I decided to stop in that plaza looking for what I could eat. I decided to eat a Caesar salad. I was satisfied with the service and the quality was good, the quantity and it was fresh. The young man who served me was very friendly and it only took about 3 minutes, so I recommend it.

I used to really like the Mandarin chicken salad and glad that a rest stop had an option like this. But the last couple times I was there (including today), I received the salad without some of the ingredients or substituted (like croutons instead of wonton strips) without explanation. Also they will charge you more than $5 for a bottled drink. Go to the adjoining Express Mart where you can get 2 of the same bottle for under $5

Cobb salad, napa sandwich (turkey), and all american tuna. Generous serving of bacon on the salad, bread on the sandwiches were yum! Just maybe consider mixing tuna with mayo rather than separate. Decent option instead of McDs.

Very slow service. Took 25 min to get my order. The bowl I had picked was supposed to have brown rice but I got white rice. 3 small pieces of brocolis and carrots and the chicken didn’t look like chicken. Avoid this place!

The worst take out food I’ve ever had. No seasoning. Chunks of plain tofu and plain beans. Avoid. It cost 29$ for two wraps!

Welcome to this place if you want to be robbed. $10 for a rice of bowl without any veggies and then some $4 on top of it for pathetic Tofu. Best avoided. We opted for this place because only this was an healthy option in this rest stop. I wish I could give negative stars.

At this rest stop there didn't seem to be anything remotely healthy to choose from. Fortunately Fresh City had some choices.I ordered the Korean BBQ whole wheat burrito with tofu. ? I chose it because it said it had some spice to it but it really didn't nor did it taste like Korean BBQ. But it still tasted okay, was bigger than your typical Chipotle burrito and had some vegetables so I was satisfied.

Employees just stand around looking at their phones , I'd be super mad if I owned this place . Go to the place next to it they are nice and the food is probably 10 times better , horrible service , fire everyone immediately!!!! I stood there for 5 minutes while I watched them all scroll on tik tok or whatever these clowns were doing !
