I chose it because it said it had some spice to it but it really didn't nor did it taste like Korean BBQ. But it still tasted okay, was bigger than your typical Chipotle burrito and had some vegetables so I was satisfied.

Go to the place next to it they are nice and the food is probably 10 times better , horrible service , fire everyone immediately!!!! The cashier did not know English. The only English words he knows is the name of each menu item. Don't bother asking anything about a menu item and just forget it if you're asking for something like no gorgonzola. Oh, and everyone that orders a bowl gets a wrap. Everything only comes in a wrap apparently.

I would highly recommend NOT eating here! It's the worst run restaurant in the entire kiosk. My hunch is there isn't a manger on duty because the staff is absolutely awful and in slow motion. Truthfully, I've never seen anything like it! There's a reason why there's no line! The place sucks! You've been warned!

Terrible food, worse service.I thought this place was closed. No one was at the counter. When someone finally came out of the kitchen, she didn't acknowledge me at all. She just walked to the register and stood behind it. It was really awkward.I chuckled inwardly as I read the placard that sits at the counter, touting the company's dedication to above-average customer care. Someone forgot to tell the gal who waited on me.The food was healthier than the other options, but it wasn't good. I got the Laredo bowl: the standard rice and beans bowl, add chicken. A good bit of the rice was crispy and dry. It crunched with each bite.I ate it because I didn't want to feel yucky from the other choices (gluten-avoidant) and because I spent $14 for it. I didn't enjoy it and I don't recommend it.

No one is ever at the front counter. This time, a lady stuck her head out of the back twice, and both times went into the back room, never to be seen again. There were two of us waiting at the time to have our order taken. The previous time through here, you could hear yelling and chattering from the workers in the back all the way out front, and yet still no one came to take our order. I don't know how this place stays in business.

Absolutely the worst wrap ever. I ordered a ham and cheese wrap with lettuce and tomatoes. Sopping wet with tomato juice and one yes a single small slice of ham and no cheese. Had to throw it away after picking out the one slice. And was charged $14

While stopping for gas, we were looking for a quick meal. This place wasn’t nearly as busy as the other chain restaurants, and the food looked promising with lots of nutritious options. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. There were a handful of employees behind the counter, but they ignored anyone trying to get their attention. The man behind the register seemed annoyed taking people's orders, and we felt super rushed. The menu was out of date as well. There was a description for a caprese-style salad, but it was labeled as a spicy buffalo chicken dish. I was right to assume that was incorrect. When I asked, I was told that the contents of the Buffalo bowl were completely different. I tried something else instead. Our food didn't take too long to come out, and the man who called our order was incredibly nice. We had to sit down in another part of the plaza because the tables near the restaurant were dirty and missing chairs. The meal ended up being a disappointment. I had a greek salad with tuna. There was a good amount of toppings, but the fish was very bland and there was barely any dressing, which came already on the salad. Somehow most of the lettuce was frozen! My sister ordered their chicken caesar wrap. She noticed immediately that it was unpleasantly cold. Her lettuce was frozen as well. This restaurant has great potential with their menu items but the execution could use some work.Vegetarian options: Lots of options for modifications and products have the ingredients listed.Dietary restrictions: There are healthy options and the menu lists all the ingredients in their products.

We got the mandarin Orange ginger chicken salad.The description was romaine lettuce,which was (mostly black spots, old lettuce)scallions, (there were none)sun peppers? Which were green peppers, wontons, (there weren't any),ginger dressing ( they ran out so they mixed whatever was left with Italian dressing) it did have a lot of tasteless chicken. The cashier was rude, didn't apologize for running out of ginger dressing.$9.49 too much !!!! Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.
