I got a Laredo bowl - rice, black beans, pico, and cheese, and added grilled chicken. Nothing about the meal tasted “fresh,” which is ironic given the name of the place. The rice was still crunchy, and everything tasted like freezer burn and plastic. The grilled chicken was unseasoned and rubbery. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but the food was almost inedible. I ate about 50% of the rice and beans mixture, and threw the rest (and all of the chicken) away.

Ordered 3, 2 slice meals with sodas. $33+/- asked for extra side of parmesan cheese u would of thought it was war time and I needed ration vouchers. I was given 3. I looked up online thru my wholesale account the same exact packets of cheese run 10 cents a piece. That's all it would of taken to keep a customer happy and your manager chose otherwise. Besides the severe rationing of parmesan cheese, they must of just stocked the bottles of soda as I was the lucky finder of the one they drooped and put in front row. If Google allowed me to give them a zero I would. Needs new management

No one available to take our order. Waited a long time. Even the papa Gino's employees couldn't get them to answer either. So we went to papa Gino's instead. Oh well.

The food is decent but this location closes early and refuses to serve you. This has happened to me more than once at this location, it’s so frustrating. It’s not that hard to wait until 7pm, stop closing early or change your hours.
