While on my way from Maine to Pennsylvania I took a stop for lunch at Fresh City. The staff seemed to understand what vegan meant, and the food was good, but smaller than I expected. I ordered the Big Easy and thought it the peppers were a little soggy but that it was overall ok.
On our way from Boston to NY we always try to stop at a service station with a Fresh City as they have the most vegan options! I have had their burritos often before (just order with no cheese), but this last time they had a a Thai rice bowl which you can order with Tofu and it was delicious! It’s a great option if you need somewhere to stop on the highway. There is also outside seating at the service station which is dog friendly!
