Someone should teach this location how much water to add to oatmeal....they make it like a liquid drink its disgusting and a waste of money. every other location gets it right

I ordered a Big Mac and two happy meals. Big Mac was made w stale top bun and two stale middle buns. Happy meals were missing the apples, and this was all after getting the wrong order given to us, and the two people who ordered after us got their food first. They have had such a low level of service for over 20 years every time I stop there. It’s definitely worth driving to the mass pike service station and paying a little extra so you can have good fresh food.

Asked to pull forward because it’s busy okay but it was like 7 cars that were all asked to pull forward and park. Then they proceed to guess whose order is whose for 15 mins. Then they messed up my order, lunch break was over after a solid 30 mins waiting to get my food made wrong…

been here twice and both time i asked for a cheeseburger only ketchup and both times they managed to put onions on it. it's extremely frustrating to deal with especially when you are just trying to get a quick meal on your way to go somewhere
