Whoever was taking orders ~9:30pm on Tuesday night is a straight up b*tch. Dont act like the customers are stupid for trying to order advertised items.

We waited 34 minutes for our food and then one of the workers told us to go foreword and we did then we were told that we weren't supposed to go to the first window the spicy chicken was hard and I could not bite into it we also asked for ONE fries and they gave us THREE. And the fries were not salty . At all. Anyways I bet that the workers here are just a bunch of teenagers that don't like their job.

Parking lot is completely disgusting. Used condoms, old food, and lots of trash. The employees are rude and incompetent, at best. The wait for a single iced coffee in the drive thru was in excess of 20 minutes, and they messed up my order. I will never go here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I honestly don't get why people hate this place. The customer service is ok the cashier that I was with was patient with trying to get a barcode deal to work and didn't get mad. The food did take a bit but not that long. The food was hot, and the cashier gave us a refund after we put something extra, and didn't get mad. And her attitude was normal, she wasn't getting mad. She was just doing her job. Don't listen to these reviews. Note: I guess that the only reason everything went well was because I was there at 12:00 in the morning.

Hands down. Worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. Actually worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Took 32 mins for us to get our order in the D-T (took 21 mins before we could order). Could not leave D-T because of curb. I actually called the manager 18 minutes into our wait and talked to her to give her a courtesy heads up that D-T was so slow. Nice, but didnt care that we were all waiting so long. Didn't know how to accept rewards code, no chicken sandwiches of

Not to be confused with MackDonald's, which is owned by Christy Mack (swoon) and the place where are the servers are covered in tats and have the sides of their heads shaved. The Massachusetts Turnpike is expensive and can be really annoying, like Barbie then on both counts. Gas prices at the rest plazas are sky-high and so are the food prices. You won't find regular McDonald's prices at this little rest stop in Charlton. Indeed, you will find costs are jacked up and the service is usually bad because it doesn't have to be good because they're going to sell a lot of stuff anyway. Food quality isn't great but it never really is at McDonald's these days - still if you're looking for piping hot McDonald's food this rest stop probably won't provide it.

Employees need to be focused on doing the job they are been paid to do, and not screwing around in the back and giggling, while they have 20 customers in line waiting to be served, if they don't want to work they don't need to be there, not to mention they need better listening skills on drink orders, very poor customer service, I can't imagine that their boss let's them act like this.

I was going into this review extremely offended because of how terribly we were treated by the young female employees here, but after reading the other reviews, I feel a bit more understood. We were driving eastbound to Boston and went in for a quick coffee stop. We were grateful that McDonald's was open, they're reliable that way, but when the employee went to hand us our coffee, she basically threw it at us and stepped away as quickly as she could. We just looked at her in surprise and asked if there was something wrong. She just sneered and said "goodbye" in this condescending tone. We had no idea what we did wrong, so we just asked "Did something happen?" She just gave us another look and yelled "GOODBYE." We looked at the second employee standing off in the back to see if she could help clarify this situation for us but she was just standing there giggling. We had our pride too, so we just called them mean and walked away, but they were cursing after us, calling us a-holes. It was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I feel I have to mention that we are Asian (amid this Coronavirus situation). We tried to get a look at their name tags, but they were both conveniently covering them up so we didn't get their names. All I know is that they were working on Wednesday April 8, 2020 at 10am at the eastbound McDonald's on the Pike near Charlton. I agree with other reviewers that these ladies were extremely ignorant and needed some additional education on customer service.......or a new job.

No one spoke English well enough to get my order correct. Even the manager did not speak well enough English to manage such a busy location.. needless to say everything was wrong and had to be remade.

Was in a rush and went thru the drive thru window... ordered Large Fries only... was charged $4!!! I asked the man if that was the right price and he said it was. I haven't had fries in a long time... but this "inflation of price is ridiculus!! Average price is around $1.89-$2.

Very odd to go through a McDonald's drive through attached to the back of a gas station. The food was a little over cooked. But McDonald's is McDonald's.
